Dear Sir/Madam, I am residing at 3/23, Muthunagar, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore-641034. EB Number : 128/001/.423, EB office : Thudiyalur.. For the above number, EB office replaced the digital meter on this year January 2014. After that we are receiving the very less reading on bi month basis. Earlier we were received around 300 units per bi month but after installation of new meter we are receiving near by 40 units only. We already told to local EB office. Kindly correct the digital meter equipment to avoid the future ambiguity. It is very difficult to pay a huge amount if it requires in future Regards. B.Kumarapandiyan +91-[protected]

    i regret to inform you (my consumer no [protected]) that, on 2.6.14 one mr karaunun, wire man telephoned from from no[protected], that i did not pay electricity bill of may dt 28.5.2014.since i am a govt/public servent GOVT OF INDIA, i was very busy discharge my duty, when mr karaunun a wire man of eb, telephoned, i could what was he calling me, i asked what is the matter, i asked him because, as a residence of 26 2 nd cross senthil nagar, ch 99.some road works is going on in our area, i thought is there any problem in our road eb wire/cable, i asked him what is the matter.but he spoke to me very harshly, why did you pay the eb bill, i thought a wire man asking such word hurt me, generally only the head like 'AE, JE will talk to us.so after coming home, i telephoned to same no of tneb, baba nagar, villivakkam. i enquired that one mr karunun telephoned regarding payment of bill, one mt johny, field men, ( i do not know there disignation they only told me) shouting over phone, why did not pay the bill, and threatened me that he will come take over the fuse carriers from my cut the power in house .he also told me immediatly he will switch of the power the time was around 7.00 pm . i told him i will take this matter to your higher officials, he siad u can go and complaint any one, i am least bothered he said.i like to inform that sir, i am prompt of all my eb payment regularly, every by monthly, i even pay in advance in many times, since it was summar i was not in station, i totally forgot to pay the bill amt .i want to let them know i already paid the of Rs 4823/-on 2.6.14 at 6.46 pm, i even got sms from bank a/c that tneb [protected] of iob walltax road branch a/c no [protected] chennai 79.but i was so wounded in my heart the way mr johnny spoke.hence i request you sir to warn them, here after these things should not happen. i am valuable consumer, experting your answer from you . i did not take this matter to police officals, because you there to answer my problem

      I am residing at Mathur M.M.D.A my eb account no is 018.005.437. On my complaint regarding meter struck the department have made a shortfall recovery in my account but wrongly a CC Arrear charges of Rs.400 have been billed twicely one on 26.04.2014 and 30.04.2014 for the same period. When i called the concerned person they did not replied me properly. so please take necessary steps to reverse the double entry in my EB account as shown in WSS Service ..

Till now there is time to time sparking from these service connections tapped from the pole making the entire 18th street unsafe to humans and animals in the colony. TNEB connection number : SCC 88 for checking in wed :[protected] in our area often power going (which is not include schedule power cut) . Yesterday night 12.00 mid power gone . Still power not came, this power cut is not full street . One Phase gone .. Like this problem often coming . Especially night time. Every time our area TNEB team solve the problem after 9 am, That also temporary solution . That's why same problem again and again coming . Please solve this problem once for all.               Low voltage

                I would like to bring it to your attention regarding the safety concern. In between electrical poles, the HV overhead power lines are at a height of less than 7 feet from ground. The safety risk was raised to the concerned authorities and requested to address on high priority as the same could become hazard (potential threat to losses of humans and also other inhabitants in that area). To our surprise, the issue has not been resolved till date. The location of these Over head Power lines are located at Pallavan Thiru Nagar & Sankarachariyar Nagar. The nearest land mark is Arunachalam's Iyer house. The issue should be resolved immediately as this could potentially be dangerous and TNEB is responsible and accept complete responsibility for the post incident claims. To support our claim the pictures has been enclosed for quick & immediate response. If there is no response in 72 hours, the same shall be escalated to the higher authorities in writing and also to publish in media (local news papers, radio & TV) for awareness compelling immediate response / action plan.

                              i have a commercial connection which i need to convert to residential .pl advice the procedure to do the same
                              I have 3 phase connection
                              Respected sir, I am A.sesudoss, I have got temporary connection and I didn't use it about 30 days, but the Eb man asked us to pay ₹2000. is there any fixed charges for temporary connection ? Or the unit we used, we have to pay...please help me to know about that.

                                Sir, I hereby inform you about very low voltage problem affecting severely 100 households in Ambedkar street, Anna Nagar, area under Thiruninravur. Entire street affecting by this low voltage problem. Previous street and next street are having very good voltage but our street alone facing this issue. We usually have this low voltage issue around 5.30 pm to 10 pm after that voltage would increase. But for last one month we are getting very low voltage in entire day even refrigerator is not working. I hereby request you to kindly look in to this matter by contacting respective person in Thiruninravur EB (pincode - 602024).

                                I am Uma residing at Madipakkam, Ram nagar South, 6th street, Chennai -91. In our street there is always a low voltage problem even during day time.I am unable to operate my washing machines, even my fridge is not getting cooled.Because of this i am unable to store milk, idli batters, curd which is very basic for working womens like me to move the daily life easier and faster. Already AC board is gone .

                                Lights are very dim and Fan will not work faster at all.

                                I am spending very large amount everytime to fix the electrical appliances failures because of this low voltage issues.

                                Everyone in our street is suffering a lot because of this low voltage problem.

                                Please take necessary action.
