EB pole is about to fall

Near my home(We are staying for rent) there is a EB pole about to fall down. For sure it'll make huge effect if it fall down. In person i went to Maduravoyal EB office and met AE and gave complaint before a month, again last week also i made complaint still there is no response from anyone. I don't know what should i do further to replace EB pole. Could you any one please help on that?...

we are in mugappair west, 7 th block...in our area of 1st cross street, 2street the street lights are not lighting... we complained to the officials...but no response from them...due the absence of street light we can't come out after 7.00pm, its very tragedy...street has dumped with this& also we can't find who are coming..& roaming in nights...so take action to put that street lights...

    as our meter indicated fault reading .we had told to change the meter, so we arranged third party private meter for 1500rupees with the permission from tneb but now we have been charged average of 3500 rupees bimonthly.and i want to make you know number of electrical and electronic applicances and listed below tube light=1, computer=1, cfl lamp=2, sony tv=1, grinder, mixie, iron box. ...please help us to relive fromthis problem

      Hi, I wanted to notify you about very frequent power cut problem in my locality(Thrivalluvar Nagar, 1st Avenue, M5, Thrivanmiyur, chennai-0041). from last 4 days power is going very frequently, last 2 days no power in night, if it will continue like this than how we will survive, how we wil go to work in morning if we wont get proper sleep in night. Calling to EB office kottivakkam is also waste, no proper response form those peoples, phone is always busy, they wil simply put the reciever in hold. Please pay attention to my problem and take necessary steps to resolve this ASAP. Thanks!

        A fire brokeout in the ebpost at about2pm on 12.07.15 and no power supply threr of. Till now the supply is not restored . The public are suffering much without power. Pl. Do the needful to restore power supply immediately.

          Sravishta Apartments, Old#27A, New#75, VK Road, Mandaveli, Chennai-28( Behind Sankara Netralaya Eye Clinic). Connection No 127:25:298 of common utilities( Staircase light& Metro Water Motor) has faulty meter. During April, we had paid Rs 7533 against normal average of Rs2000. We brought this to TNEB Mandaveli attention. Today we found there was nearly1000 units consumption from April 10 to date. We are really surprised. Request you to replace the faulty meter & recalculate the readings.

              Dear Sir/Madam, We are residing at LIC nagar, 5th Main road, S.Kolathur. We would like to bring your notice that we are facing frequent power cut problem daily in the night time. Its going in the mid night and half an hour supply is going off and 2 minutes supply is going on. we are really got suffered so much during this summer time. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest. As an human being, In this summer, we cant tolerate the hot in the day time. if we face power cut in night time also means, its waste of living in Chennai. Pls take immediate action and make our city a lightful one.

              Breakdown in Power supply from yesterday(06.05.2014) night 11.50 pm. We have booked complaint 3 times in our nearest EB office. But still they have not attended. Need to be solved as soon as possible. No proper response for complaining in person in EB office.

                Damage to the electric pole

                This is to inform that my flat electric pole got damaged due to rain water harvesting construction work because of that only single phase came instead of triple phase so we complaint to EB office they send one person and he came and said the problem and he told us to change the cable and it cost around Rs.12000/- including labor charge. Actually, it is not a mistake of our flat member so why i have to spend that much. So, then i complaint...

                Dear Sir, My service number is SC[protected]U S Rajalakshmi), Place : Indira nagar, Kadasanallor Post, Pallipalayam, Tiruchencode taluk, Nammakal district, Pin:638008. Here there goes a HT line near by our area and the HT line wire seems to be unusually very near to the ground, and below that our service line is crossing. During the heavy wind blowing time, both the line swings and offten creating electrical shot. This affects the electrical appliances like AC, refrigerator, water motor, fan, etc., and they get major repair. Because of this we are facing heave loss and lot of disturbances.                   respected sir, sub:fast running meter & it has struck for past 7 days, reading is 10 times higher than previous reading-reg sir, we are tenant in one portion, address harivardhan, c/o m.sabitha, 33/34 railway border road, kodambakkam, chennai-24.service no 22605041 consumed units for the month feb 14 is 210 units, and now for the month apr 14 is 1210 units and now the meter is not running till date it is the same reading showing for past 7days it is showing 60016.8, the reading which was taken during 17.04.14 is 60010. for the past 3 years our max consumption has been 760 units it has exeeded for about 10 times when compared to previous month reading. sir, in this regard we would like to ask you to do the needful for us in this issue as early as possible.the due date for paying the bill is 06.5.14, we kindly request you to follow up the issue before the due date. thanks& regards, harivardhan.j

Every day many peoples went to AEE office to tell our complaints and application status but he said first give money and then I will accept your complaint and tell your application also.. He asking to give service connection Rs.5000 to Rs 10000. Please take action sir......

                      Meter running fast

                      The 3phase is meter is not working properly it is showing excess reading. The meter is erratically running, even when there less electric equipment is on. The meter is recording minimum 10 units usage per day and we do not have such a consumption. We have informed the same to the lineman and also registered in person complaint on 28th march to the Assistant engineer regarding the faulty meter and also followed up next week for the same. I...

                      My old tenant has vacated and my new tenant wants to pay online. My old tenant already deactivated his user id as per my request, but still unable to make new regn. This user registration is not necessary for online payments especially if it is occupied by tenants. please discontinue this practice. mys ervice no[protected]. please allow me to register new user id

                            At Gummidipoondi - GNT Road - Behind Aandavar Stores - For last 2 weeks, there is heavy voltage drop and voltage fluctuations during whole day. Already Fans & Lights got failed. Complaint was lodged several times with regional EB office and still the problem have got rectified. This problem is spoiling all the house holds, Kids and Elders are suffering a lot. Requesting concerned department incharge to get this problem rectified.

The payment was done on 31/03/2014 by ICICI net banking and the payment reference number is[protected] and[protected] respectively. The bill is not generated and couldnt able to find the same in E-receipt Archive, still it is showing that the payment due is there in the main page. Can you please check on the same?                                 A EB Distribution box which is near to our compound wall is felt down a month back & it is reflecting electricity in the ground. We made complaints to the EB department many times, no one rectified it yet. It is a serious issue because little children are playing near that EB box if anything happen to them means, it will become a serious issue. So i kindly request you to keep the EB box in a safe place.
