I paid 155rs eb bill from my account.in my first transction(Indian bank net banking) the debited from account but bill was not generated.
Then again I paid via GPAy that was successful.pls refund 1st transction amount 155rs...

    We have damaged live post near transformer also lines going on above temple. There is no stay available also. Pls remove this post as soon as possible.

      Very pathetic to lodge a complaint as the line man is just overseeing and go . This is the third time in 15 days... Poor connection from the post to house.. no response from the line man and not even ready to look what the problem is ..

        Respected sir, I am sathish kumar, consumer no.[protected] residing at sakthi nagar 2nd cross, behind jairam college, chinnathirupathi, salem-636008.

        Sir, EB department took the reading on 27.05.2022 instead of 10.05.2022. Also they feed the details in computer very late on 03.06.2022. Now we got three times amount... We strongly condemn this. After seeing this, kindly do action immd and change the reading amount. Take action according to justice and do justice.

          Iam Rijo John, (Journalist and LLB student)from kerala. Me and family staying at 2/D2 Vaishnavi apartments, vinayagapuram, Ambattur, from 15th may 2022. The electricity bill generated to owners reg.mobile was shown us total 8000rs and he told that we used 707unit and want to pay 3500rs. I think some fault happened in this bill, because early times we used to pay maximum 600rs or 900rs/2months, in kerala or chennai. I kindly request the respected authority to solve this problem.

            Im Mahalakshmi from Guberalakshmi Nagar, kolathuvancherry, iyapathangal. Applied for new eb connection in feb 2022. My father (66yrs old) is regularly weekly once visiting eb office. Thy r sayng thy can giv only after installing new transformer. Next week thy ll do. Next week, , next week several next weeks. Its been 4months. We are using commercial current from the builder side. Should we all suffer because o[censored]r lethargicness??? Ths s like hell. I dono y the ppl in this eb office are so lethargic. For one new connection, if they want to do they would hav did in that month itself. I donno y thy r delaying. I would b thankful if somebody solves ts issue.

                  Complaint regarding low voltage supply

                  Address: NO 14 3RD CROSS STREET RAMESH NAGAR EXTENSION WEST TAMBARAM CHENNAI 600045.

                  I am writing this letter in order to complain about the low voltage power supply at our location i.e. KADAPERI, RAMESH NAGAR 3RD CROSS STREET EXTENSION. We are facing this issue for the last 2weeks which is causing an issue as we are unable to use appliances (air conditioners, refrigerators, air cooler, etc). We have already complained about this issue but no action has taken place yet.

                  Ease stop this practice. Majority of the people work from home, we have small children, elderly people and sick people in the locality. Pls stop this

                      As my company have 3 phase powerline but at the time of highway bridge work they damaged the underground powerline. After we approach the EB person they informed us need to change the power cable and same they informed all expenses ( New Cable, Underground process and Material)
                      we accept and we ready for that now they asking Rs. 50000 extra for powerline connection kindly look into this issue and sortout the problem...

                          The service already will be taken 5 HP service pump set monoblack motor well are using Agriculture using purpose only, by the legally, but he is using another Bore well submersible motor running to same connection services THEFT-ELECTRICITY are using 7HP capacity of generates power more than big size cable loading to Occasional break down of the transformers ( Three time replaced the transformers ), Although this aspects is already two or three times in the knowledge of the staff of con son persons Electricity office, yet no action has been taken and the culprits are ENJOYING AT THE EXPENSE OF PEOPLE LIKE US, who are the ultimate sufferers of such type of Mal-Activity.

                          Note : In our village more than 15+ Borewell running Without Electricity Shifting Service due to that Power theft Occasional breakdown of the transformers ( TNEB - Three times replaced the transformers ).

                          I Hope your good self will look into the matter and take proper and immediate action.

                            Dear Sir / Madam

                            In front of my house entry way road side since 2 years back electrical pole was installed for transformer purpose, but the transformer is installed in other location. So the installed pole was still without any line and it is a disturbance for our way entry house. So please shift/remove the pole near by 10 feet distance to other side.
                            May kindly requesting to respectable / responsible TNEB officials, Either in that pole as earliest consider to remove or shift minimum 10 feet distance apart from the path way entry. because for me it's supports to shift / transportation purpose of construction materials for my house renovation and etc .,

                            Note - Removal or shifting of pole minimum cost will barrier by me .

                                I am a resident of Nagathamman koil Street, Mettupalayam, West Mambalam, Chennai. In my area for the past one week we are facing continues power cut from 10 to 1 or sometimes 2. It affects only few houses in my street and since it is happening daily we don't have proper sleep and it's very disturbing. We are working people and have kids and old aged people all in home. Everyone is suffering because of this regular power cut. Requesting you to take action and resolve the problem.

                                    Current month bill is highly charged with incorrect reading consumption.

                                    My meter shows 985 KWH, however the bill shows 4380 KWH as billed.

                                    Also the average shortfall amount of Rs. 1393 has been charged as miscellaneous and no justification.
