Goodmorning Sir, I have a complaint regarding bill date May 31, ID no:[protected]

Our previous months EB bill just came Rs. 650 & Rs. 830, but this time we received a bill of Rs. 5476. Even just having only one appliance ( Air Conditioner ), we are college students so half day we wont even be at our home and for the month May it was our summer vacation so whole month we were not at home so we cant understand why the amount in bill is so high

    Here 10days once current cut from 11pm to 8am. Please report us, What was the problem ?

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    Myself Mohan I have registered complaint today morning at 10Am at [protected] and also went to near eb office given written complaint. They said will rectify the issue with in half an hour, but it has been more than 4 hours still no response form anyone. I'm doing work from home. Please do the needful ASAP

            Dear sir/Madam i am Chandra Babu my eb consumer number[protected] Location Thally village Krishnagiri district i have taken new EB connection for my house in 2020 from 2020 till date I am not received any bill from EB usually every 2 months metre reading should take but no one has came to take metre reading after one and half years they updated 640 units for 2 months we are using only to 2 LED lights how we can use 640 units for 2 month i have visited thally EB office so many times to check this issue but no one ready listen my problem always they saying pay the bill without my mistake why i should pay the amount if metre reading taken every 2 months this problem will not be there without coming to the place they updated simply 20 unit 30 unit like that please check the account history and solve this problem thank you Chandra Babu [protected]

              During morning hours on daily basis observing that voltage is dropping up to 150 and not going above 180.
              With this voltage it is hard to us home appliances

                Every month the EB bill is keeps raising
                We have 3 separate meter box @ our home.
                If meter number 1717
                Is switched off our meter
                206 also switching off!.
                So our consumption units are increasing
                Every month.
                We informed EB line man
                They told us that unknown technical issues.
                &Promised us resolve asap.
                We request to reverse our EB charges with ur technical team asap .

                  We are the public people belong to Kulumani Panchayat from Trichy Corporation. The public people (children's, senior citizens women's and men's) are struggling with unlimited power cut. There is no standard time and limit for power shutdown. Kindly rectify the issues and reduce the power cut, so the people belongs to my panchayat will be living peacefully.

                    I paid 155rs eb bill from my account.in my first transction(Indian bank net banking) the debited from account but bill was not generated.
                    Then again I paid via GPAy that was successful.pls refund 1st transction amount 155rs...

                        Very pathetic to lodge a complaint as the line man is just overseeing and go . This is the third time in 15 days... Poor connection from the post to house.. no response from the line man and not even ready to look what the problem is ..

                          Respected sir, I am sathish kumar, consumer no.[protected] residing at sakthi nagar 2nd cross, behind jairam college, chinnathirupathi, salem-636008.

                          Sir, EB department took the reading on 27.05.2022 instead of 10.05.2022. Also they feed the details in computer very late on 03.06.2022. Now we got three times amount... We strongly condemn this. After seeing this, kindly do action immd and change the reading amount. Take action according to justice and do justice.

                            Iam Rijo John, (Journalist and LLB student)from kerala. Me and family staying at 2/D2 Vaishnavi apartments, vinayagapuram, Ambattur, from 15th may 2022. The electricity bill generated to owners reg.mobile was shown us total 8000rs and he told that we used 707unit and want to pay 3500rs. I think some fault happened in this bill, because early times we used to pay maximum 600rs or 900rs/2months, in kerala or chennai. I kindly request the respected authority to solve this problem.

                              Im Mahalakshmi from Guberalakshmi Nagar, kolathuvancherry, iyapathangal. Applied for new eb connection in feb 2022. My father (66yrs old) is regularly weekly once visiting eb office. Thy r sayng thy can giv only after installing new transformer. Next week thy ll do. Next week, , next week several next weeks. Its been 4months. We are using commercial current from the builder side. Should we all suffer because o[censored]r lethargicness??? Ths s like hell. I dono y the ppl in this eb office are so lethargic. For one new connection, if they want to do they would hav did in that month itself. I donno y thy r delaying. I would b thankful if somebody solves ts issue.

                                    Complaint regarding low voltage supply

                                    Address: NO 14 3RD CROSS STREET RAMESH NAGAR EXTENSION WEST TAMBARAM CHENNAI 600045.

                                    I am writing this letter in order to complain about the low voltage power supply at our location i.e. KADAPERI, RAMESH NAGAR 3RD CROSS STREET EXTENSION. We are facing this issue for the last 2weeks which is causing an issue as we are unable to use appliances (air conditioners, refrigerators, air cooler, etc). We have already complained about this issue but no action has taken place yet.
