      We are in athipatti periyur taluk madurai 625705
      Here totally daily 5hours power cut ...
      No response from Electrical TNEB. They are working or not...we don't know. But current situation they are not working properly. So all are struggling including children and grand people. Kindly provide the power properly as soon as possible.

            We have voltage problem daily from 9pm to 12pm some time we face this in day time also. We are from Madipakkam 600091. I can’t even work at night because due to low voltage my computer restart several times and ups battery also drained nothing we can do. I also complained in customer care service no use. Last year in summer we didn’t face such issue now it’s worst.

                [protected] Large power consumption not possible.

                Kindly reverse the high bill for the[protected], i have received the mail today(27/05/2022) for the 25/03/22 bill as rs 2044.

                Please note there was a meter defect which was noted on 22 January 2022 during the meter reading. On 21/04/2022 old defective meter was replaced. So both the bills generated on 25/03/22 and 22/01/22 are on assumptions.

                Large power consumption was not possible as we do not have any heavy home appliances in our home. You can verify this with our previous usage records

                No AC, No fridge, No washing machine, No inverter.

                The reading is showing in the bill as 540units which is not possible. Kindly do the needful.

                  This is people of S.G. Pudur. From last 3 months we can get proper power supply . The power will be cut off (once in a hour for 30-45 minutes) and comes back only after one hour . It was not happening once or twice in a week . It was happening 7 days in a week . How people can survive in this summer season's hot weather without electricity . There are more than 2000 people living in our locality only 40-50 houses has UPS with them, then how can the rest of the people can live with this improper power supply . We can't tolerate this anymore . It was so disappointing [TNEB]. So please provide us proper power supply as soon as possible .

                      I am a resident of Lakshmi Nagar, Palanichettipatti, Theni. Majority of street lights in my area is not working for more than 3 months. The entire street is blacked out during evenings. Pls do the needful.

                          I tried to pay the electricity bills for the below mentioned service numbers via UPI Payment through TANGEDCO App on May 13th, 2022. But the Payment amount got failed and its been 10days amount is not refunded. Since the deadline date came i payed the bill directly.

                          The bank confirmed the amount is credited to the beneficiary merchant but there is no amount from TNEB . Kindly help to refund the amount Rs 1846 and Rs 410 which i payed the below service number respectively.

                            We are working professionals working for a government institution at Pollachi owning a house at Chettipalayam, coimbatore.
                            Our official working hours starts by 8.30 am and ends at 4 pm - during day time from 7.30 am to 6 pm we will not be available at home and the EB readings are taken in day hours .so most of the months we beg the nearby TNEB people to come and take the reading ..or else it comes as door locked .is there anything that government can do to help working class people with this issue 😔

                              We are facing daily power cut issue here, especially at night time between 9pm to 12 pm, so aged people and children are facing lot of issues.

                                    Near my home there is a spark in EB post yesterday 18/5/22 night, already informed Kundrathur EB office, they refused that in night time we won’t work on EB post, because power cut in individual home!! They said will fix in morning, in morning no one picking call from kundrathur Eb office, i reached directly and filed a complaint about power cut issue! They said u can go, will come!! But no come after 2 hours again i reached office, they give one number and said they will come, again 2 hours crossed that call person said in another issue will come asap!! Its almost 15 hours without power in my home, there is pregnant lady in my home!! Its not fair!!! Please someone sort out this issue Asap!!
