Change the eb post

Address: 19, om shakthi nagar, police quaters road, coimbatore-641006

Respected sir my office near a eb post is fully damaged. if any case the post will broken and fell down condition. they near in park so may children are played and evening time the people are also walking. so it is very danger. so pls change the post as soon as possible...

I am Sakthivel. I am working in MNC company. I do night shift (Work from home). Recently only I shifted my house to Anugraha Satellite township, Periyakattupalayam. Now a days continuously power cut in night time. I can't able to manage my work. Kindly give power supply continuously like puducherry. Thank you.

    I reside in a place called villangadupakam in red hills, Chennai. We face frequent low voltage issues due to which we are unable to switch on our air conditioning. The output is constantly below 180 due to which our appliances don't work.

      Respected sir, I am from Thoothukudi district, Thiruchendur taluk, Alanthalai Village, my house Eb number is[protected], Today evening 5 o clock power has gone, I called our area wireman in his mobile number‪[protected]‬ and asked for help, (, he his replylng that now he has attending 100 house power cut this time so if have time I will come and check tomorrow morning so don't call me in mean time and disturb me), the way of his speech is so arrogant, so please take proper action.Thanking You

        From electricity office power was taken from my home today.We paid bill amount twice . We need to complaint about this.Even we tend to show our bills.they are not accepting it.then what is the purpose to receive those bills after paying.kindly refund us.there is no proper answers.we suffered lot without current and people in office.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I'm Sirudhamur Village (603307)/ Orathy. In my village one of the transformers failed to function from last 5 days, Which impacts the 20 formers agriculture farming without EB for the Agriculture Motors. All plant and paddy are getting drained without water. We have informed this to our local EB office and they visited and temporarily given connection from another transformer for urgency of the farming, but the original transformer still not yet fixed they were discussing to take the transformer to put coil back for that they are indirectly asking us to collect money from all those impacted 20 formers and give for the entire expense to fix the Transformer. This is the routine EB person following here every transformer failure. We have done same 2-3 times in recent years.

          All I want to know can you please help to understand the exact process to fix transformer per Government guidelines, I'm also working to get the details with RTI (Right To know the Information)

            Dear team,
            I am Naveen staying in area korratur north which will come under padi EB zone our address is AP aakashana flat
            1st street Balaji Nagar korratur north Chennai 76 we have been facing power cut during night time frequently we are around 16 family in this flat were there are more numbers of children and also two new born baby and also people like me working in night shift kindly help us to get through this issue as soon as possible...

                  The complaint is all about still, they have not changed back to normal use for house power supply.
                  We have constructed new house next to my old house and old house has current meter for power supply (Poongavanam S.No: 350 is the meter), during the construction we have converted this above meter to use for construction and we paid 1500 to convert, then paid 2200 monthly current bill.

                  After the house construction we applied to change back to house power supply, but again 1500 we paid to convert back to house use followed by around 2200 monthly current bill.

                  In fact normally we used to get monthly current bill like 50 or 70 per month but now after 2 months they are asking us to pay around 3500 with penalty. now they are saying like still this is not converted from construction to house use. Once you paid for this then we will convert like that and i feel am cheated by TNEB.

                  04/05/2022 on this day they have removed fuse and no power supply on this day.

                  Please do the needful at the earliest.

                      In my house, there is power cut issue due to very low voltage, for more than a month. I have Complaint many time to line man, and minnagam through mobile phone. They came for several times and checked the main wire in post and told me that, "hereafter there will be no power cut issues. But yet power issues not resolved. We fear about power circuit fire hazards. Please do the needful to solve these issues as early as possible. Thank you

                          This is to inform you that worst power cut has taken place Mettupalayam, Coimbatore. There is no power supply in our area after a rain with wind on 02/05/2021 evening . And there is no power supple since then. It’s a shame to say that a rain with wind has cut a power supply and is not being retrieved because it is a holiday on[protected]ramzan) . This is the worst scenario I have ever faced after I have started my duties as a citizen. THE WORST !!

                            Measures voltage in the phases using a multimeter.
                            The voltage in the 3 phases are 236, 187 and 209-Volts.
                            The air-conditioners are not working properly as a result.

                                I am from gandhinagar, pollachi town, zamin uthukuli thaluka. In my home past three no power. Keep on calling line man Murugan. He attended two times but no proper response. And other time he is telling looking for person who climbs electric post. Why govt giving job to person like him.pls give it to some one who can fit and server people's like their own. This imapacting day to day activities and work as well.

                                    Power supply is not coming for the single phase portion. I have already raised a complaint through customer care support call, also visited personally to TVPET EB office and informed regarding the power supply issue, but there is no response till now. Don't know how many times we need to visit to request them. Please do the needful.

                                      Low voltage since 50 days and department not solving it

                                      Dear sir,
                                      This is Prabhakaran from Echoor village I am submitting the regarding low voltage issue that’s going on around my village.

                                      Because of this issue we couldn't run machine as well as water motor also not working properly.

                                      This problem has been started since march 12th 2022 and from that day till now I am contacting concern eb department and they always keep coming but not fixed this and whenever...
