    No power supply from yesterday night. New transformer need to be installed. No action taken till now. Single phase connection has been given to nearby lodges not considering any houses.

      நான் மேற்கண்ட முகவரியில் வசித்து வருகிறேன் என்னுடைய பட்டா நிலத்தில் மின் கம்பம் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால் இந்த கம்பத்தை எடுத்து தெருவில் அமைத்துத் தரும்படி 2019 முதல் பலமுறை மின்வாரிய துறையிடம் மனு கொடுத்துள்ளேன் ஆனால் எந்த ஒரு நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கப்படவில்லை அதுமட்டுமல்லாமல் என்னுடைய கிணற்று தூணில் மின் கம்பத்தின் stay wire கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது மழைக்காலங்களில் மின்கசிவு ஏற்பட்டு என் குடும்பத்தில் உள்ள யாருக்காவது மின் விபத்து ஏற்படுமோ என்ற அச்சம் உள்ளது ஆகையால் இந்த மின்கம்பத்தை எடுத்து வெளியில் போட்டுத் தரும்படி மிகவும் தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்... நன்றி

        Sir,

        I have received a letter dated 02.12.2021 from assistant executive engineer Rayapuram Tirupur. Connection No: [protected] for which the above said office instructing me to pay the sum of Rs.12860.00 . Please note i have applied for permanent disconnection for the above said connection on 31.07.2012 and subsequently the said office has disconnected and the meter has been removed from the premises on the same day and thereby understood that the connection were disconnected based on my application and there was no payment due for the said connection until the disconnection was made.

        Sir, I am surprised and shocked to received the letter from the said office asking me to pay the bill after 10 years!

        I feel that it is unfair to make such claim after 10 years when the connection were promptly disconnected after my due request. Therefore i kindly request you to look in to this matter and please withdraw the claim and close the matter without any charges and penalty.

        Kindly find herewith enclosed the copy of the letter received from the said office and my reply letter to them.

            Sir
            I am from Mandaveli Jeth Nagar, Off. Devanathan Street.

            From yesterday night we are not getting power supply. When we lodged a complaint we were informed that major cable problem. It will take oneday to rectify. This is happening often. We are the senior citizen people and I am kidney failure patient and doing dialysis twice a week.

            Kindly look into this and please give priority and see to it it should not happen again.

              Payment through online failed - still not refunded pls clear this problem

              Hi,

              This is regarding my bill payment with TNEB - April 2022 bill. My bill was Rs.290.
              I have made a payment on 3rd April 2022 - in the morning. it was a successful payment. After 2 days I got a failure message saying that Bill Payment failed. Amount got deducted from my bank account. usually in this case Gpay suggest to wait for 2-3 days.
              however, I have wait for 7 days... and then nothing seems to have happened.br...

                TNEB posted someone's service charges to our service[protected].
                TNEB is cheating us by forcing the charges from a closed service in 2016.
                Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Bills for other user’s connection.
                TNEB charging us for the builders connection which was last used in 2015. I bought the house in 2013 and I started using my service. They continued to use the service for the construction of the remaining buildings. out of 4 houses they build I bought the second house. This should have been collected charges when they sold the last building. Otherwise it should be charged to them wherever they are using the service.

                  Reading not taken - mentioned as door lock.

                  Dear Sir,
                  The previous reading 170 units and bill was RS 125. was 27/01/22, which was taken on 27/01/22.
                  for 31/03/22, no person came for taking reading. and mentioned as Door lock. and same reading was entered as 170 units and amount is Rs 125.
                  But since the person has not come for reading and put previous reading. We need to end up paying more amount as the actual units consumed for the period FEB and March is around...

                    Hi sir/mam,

                    We are facing powercut issues in my area (2nd street, Ekangipuram, Ayanavaram, chennai-23. Pincode-600023.)

                    In my area we are facing powercut issues without information at anytime like day or night.

                    In area my EB office no one responding properly, old EB post only available here so sometimes low voltage, or high voltage. Loose connection, full powercut morethen 1 hour like that.

                    We are working pvt concern. So Now work from home option so Continuesly facing powercut so unable to work even daytime night time both unable to work.

                    New born baby is there, aged person is there, patient is there everyone affected right now summer days also started so unable to sit inside home also Without power.

                    EB post box look like damage all old equipment still using is not changed yet.

                    For eg. In my street 20 house is there it means 10 house facing powercut issues 10 house have power.

                    So please kindly resolve this issues soon as possible.

                      Refund Money

                      Hello Sir,

                      I am Murugan and I have applied new EB connection for home and paid amount (Rs.4568 ) in online .

                      Since, I wrongly selected Phase details for home in online application (it should be single phase but I selected 3 Phase) it asked to pay Rs.4568 and I paid that.

                      After that only, I know the it should be single phase and amount should be around Rs.1500

                      So, again I applied...

                        We are facing voltage fluctuation in my area regularly and this time summer started the voltage fluctuates rapidly 140 - 280volts. Most of the home appliance experience physical damage and especially on night, even fan is not working properly and not able to have enough sleep.
