The EB meter installed at my home is not working for the past one month. Hence, we kindly request you inspect the meter and provide a replacement of the EB meter at the earliest, as this faulty meter might affect my overall bill. Please find below the EB meter details.

In the area of Thuraur road, Reddipatti people are suffering from power cut since yesterday 28/07/22 morning (11am). Today 29/07/22 yet our area is facing the same problem. School children, working people, aged people, patients are suffering a lot during this power cut issue. So kindly take actions as soon as possible and help them to get rid of the problem.

Dear sir, i am from teachers nagar in Villupuram. In my area all times low voltage only... people's also complain eb office...but still now low voltage issue continued... We are not proper use freidge, washing machine, ac and fan also...not proper sleep last six month...in the eb office all staff known this issue...but no one take proper action...

It's the last date of my payment to tneb.but i can't able to see any of my billing details on tge website for last 7 or 8 days.. Please update. Thanks

Need your help urgently. Old EB meter was not running in Aug 2021. I had requested for a new meter & I got a new meter in Sep 2021. From Sep onwards, I could see EB meter shows more unit consumed.

I've 2 fans, 3 tube lights, Fridge, TV and inverter.

It shows 18 unit usage per day. I verified with Electrician and they said there is no power leakage & also suggested to contact EB to replace it.

As of today, total recorded unit is 5521.5 kw/h.

I am following up with our sithalapakkan AE since Feb 2022. He has tried his best to check in all the ways, but no luck. We want to replace this meter with the new one. I can afford for the new meter. I can not pay Rs 10, 000 every two months as a EB bill. Instead, i can afford for a new meter.

Looking for your great support to fix this issue asap.

I do not know whom to be contacted next. thats why i have raised this complaint.

please give a priority to replace this meter with the new one.

WE HAVE GIVEN THE LETTER for converting our line commercial to domestic for more than 2 times, but no response from eb office
( pallipet, acharapakkam, chengalpat) . And also they took more than one month. We went & asked them, They told " table la letter pass pannala ". So please take action.

I had already paid Rs 2331 in the month of June 22 towards my electricity bill. Again I was asked to pay Rs2842. While others not getting monthly bill why I alone get this.My consumer no is [protected]. Please look into it.

Hi I’m a resident of Aminjikarai (Chennai) I m facing frequent power cuts every week I have made many complaints regarding the same I have even reached AE and made a verbal and written complaint but my complaint has not been taken seriously and I was not provided solution if you can please try to resolve this

I have received ED dill for connection[protected] which shows all charges zero but total bill as Rs.233.

It is to inform you that i as a citizen of India, feels shame to complain about a Assistant Engineer in TNEB, his name is Mr.Anto Felix .I am a running business at Alanchy in Kanyakumari district. I am having a single phase connection so i applied for 3 phase connection, so I can afford the electricity bill.My online application no. Is [protected].My meter no. Is[protected]. Several times i came to TNEB, chempanavilai, Kanyakumari district. This Assistant Engineer spoke to me rudely and told that he will not give me 3 phase connection, please take necessary action against this person.Thank you..

We are located at near tondiarpet depo chennai. Here we have regular powercuts in our area if it is night or day. When we trying to contact the corresponding eb (tollgate eb) they are not responding all the time. If they atten the call always says the same reason we are working on it. and minimum 1 hour they cut the current in a day. In our street lot of aged people's and pregnant ladies and kids suffered regarding powercuts. Kindly take action immediately.

It is to inform you that i am running a business at Alanchy, Kanyakumari (dist.) Tamil Nadu, my connection is a single phase connection, during COVID 19 time my business faced lots loss, I any how managed to pay my electricity bills. It was above my regular expenses so I applied for 3 phase connection at Chempanvilai, TNEB in Kanyakumari (dist.).There i was abused by a Junior Engineer ( Mr.Anto Felix).Whenever I go there he rejected my application and used bad language against me.As a citizen I have the right to complain against this person.As a government employee his priority is to serve for the people. These kind of people are really a shame for the entire TNEB.thank you...

Low voltage occurs more frequently

Sir/Mam, the EB pole is found laid inside our patta land near Fomra college, Thaiyur. On asking the EB department, they are demanding for expensive charges around 15 thousand rupees as fee and other personal charges. As you'd know EB poles are not supposed to be laid especially inside patta land, in such case, how are we responsible for paying the charges for something the dept did without caution. Also, the quoted estimation is unaffordable to us. Please shift the EB pole from our land, Kindly do the needful
