I paid my electricity bill through Bharat bill payment but I could not receive any information whether you received the money or not pls solve the problem as soon as possible

Hi sir/mam,

We are facing powercut issues in my area (2nd street, Ekangipuram, Ayanavaram, chennai-23. Pincode-600023.)

In my area we are facing powercut issues without information at anytime like day or night.

In area my EB office no one responding properly, old EB post only available here so sometimes low voltage, or high voltage. Loose connection, full powercut morethen 1 hour like that.

We are working pvt concern. So Now work from home option so Continuesly facing powercut so unable to work even daytime night time both unable to work.

New born baby is there, aged person is there, patient is there everyone affected right now summer days also started so unable to sit inside home also Without power.

EB post box look like damage all old equipment still using is not changed yet.

For eg. In my street 20 house is there it means 10 house facing powercut issues 10 house have power.

So please kindly resolve this issues soon as possible.

Hello Sir,

I am Murugan and I have applied new EB connection for home and paid amount (Rs.4568 ) in online .

Since, I wrongly selected Phase details for home in online application (it should be single phase but I selected 3 Phase) it asked to pay Rs.4568 and I paid that.

After that only, I know the it should be single phase and amount should be around Rs.1500

So, again I applied...

My name Rajesh a resident of Navampattu village udhayam nagar residing would like to bring to your attention that in recent 1 we have been experiencing a great number of power cuts, which is a rising concern here in the locality. Because of these cuts, very tragic effects could be noticed on health, both mental and as well as physical. Some of the major agendas am not able to complete their works to cope up with present weather, really very felt please help me I have multiple time informed to concern person

We are facing voltage fluctuation in my area regularly and this time summer started the voltage fluctuates rapidly 140 - 280volts. Most of the home appliance experience physical damage and especially on night, even fan is not working properly and not able to have enough sleep.

Poor power supply in my home ... Electronic items not working and damaged ...past 15 days calling service man not response properly...

Can fall down at any time.What we have said before is still unchanged.It is better to change this before the biggest danger comes..

I am residing in 2 Nannool st, Sri Sakthinagar, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai 600062. The EB pole is in very bad condition and it may fall at anytime, hence we request TNEB to replace the pole.

We live in school road, New Colony, Chennai. Power failure / Voltage fluctuation has been a regular occurrence on our street for about three years. I humbly request you to find a permanent solution for us.

Iam residing in Rajiv nagar 6 th cross street muthapudupet iaf avadi . As my house is located at the corner of the street. The EB post is damaged. I have already made complaint to EB person regarding this. But kindly take action as soon as possible. Take action before any unforeseen incident happens. We have already informed this to EB office. Kindly take a immediate action or else give the details of the person in your department whom we should contact regarding this. Thanking you in advance.

I'm a resident from Nanniyan Street, Park Town area, Chennai - 600003.
Since three days there is no power supply intermittently. Any complain made or speaking to the official is of no help and the power has not been resumed. This has caused immense loss and mental agony. Please ensure the supply is resumed immediately failing which I may have to take further necessary action in this regard.

No electricity for more than 2 hours in kanyakumari district, manavalakurichi village, aran vilai area. When we contacted the Manawalakurichi Branch Electricity Board they were told that there was a power cut everywhere and we had to wait until the electricity came on. I have elderly and sick people in home. They are suffering a lot of power cut. So i request to fix the issue as soon as possible.

I'm Mohan from Coimbatore ward number 92 Indira Nagar BK pudur kuniamuthur coimbatore 641008.
In our area past 6 months street light is not working I have registered complaint in all the portal there is no response. Please change the street bulb ASAP.

I am residing at No.45 E Block Mahatma Gandhi first cross street, Arumbakkam MMDA colony, chennai-600 106, here is available OLD EB junction Box, which is available too bad, open condition and rusted even though which is located center of the residency area and unsafe condition. Hence we are requested to change in this electricity junction box, accordingly please take the action as soon as possible.

Internal Display battery in Digital Electric meter np 00347279 not working need a replacement of battery to display the electricity consumption reading details and settle to dues if any.

2 days before TNEB workman was connecting some wires for house backside of our house at that time the workman cut our wire and the current supplied for us is shorted.It is running only means of earth wire .If we use any appliances like mixie, iron Box the electricity is dropping much heavier like shutting down.Its only because of workman and the electricity wire is hanging in the street of our house.Kindly send someone to repair it.

I'm staying in Kodambakkam CRP Garden 2nd Street. During this summer season, everyday min one hour power cut is happening in night time. Very difficult to manage these. Please take proper action and avoid power cut during night times till end of summer season. Called area helpline and 1912. There's no response.
