I'm Mohan from Coimbatore ward number 92 Indira Nagar BK pudur kuniamuthur coimbatore 641008.
In our area past 6 months street light is not working I have registered complaint in all the portal there is no response. Please change the street bulb ASAP.

    I am residing at No.45 E Block Mahatma Gandhi first cross street, Arumbakkam MMDA colony, chennai-600 106, here is available OLD EB junction Box, which is available too bad, open condition and rusted even though which is located center of the residency area and unsafe condition. Hence we are requested to change in this electricity junction box, accordingly please take the action as soon as possible.

          2 days before TNEB workman was connecting some wires for house backside of our house at that time the workman cut our wire and the current supplied for us is shorted.It is running only means of earth wire .If we use any appliances like mixie, iron Box the electricity is dropping much heavier like shutting down.Its only because of workman and the electricity wire is hanging in the street of our house.Kindly send someone to repair it.

              I'm staying in Kodambakkam CRP Garden 2nd Street. During this summer season, everyday min one hour power cut is happening in night time. Very difficult to manage these. Please take proper action and avoid power cut during night times till end of summer season. Called area helpline and 1912. There's no response.

                Sir,
                I am at Nathan street, Harrington road, chetpet, chennai 600031. My phone number is [protected] and one of the consumer number is[protected].
                We are having frequent Transformer issues in our street, and this turns out very painful and dangerous. Every time there is burst in transformer, we have multiple electrical failures like wires burnt, stabilizer burnt, A/C board burnt and spoilt, Lift stabilizer burnt etc. and the incident yesterday 26March2022 cost us 1.5lakhs.
                EB people wanted me to raise this as complaint to EB management, probably that is how it works. We need help sir, this is not only costing us so much for no fault of ours, but also very dangerous.
                It is tough times in general, we cannot afford to spend so much money and time to fix multiple appliance every time there is power surge issues, we need your help to look into this with priority to make sure we got all quality components/wires installed in transformers to avoid such issues happening so frequently.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am residing at No.69A, Mahaveer Garden 3rd cross street, Kavangarai, Puzhal, Chennai 600066., have applied for additional load with 3 phase with application ref no : [protected] on 20th march 2022 and paid on 21st march 2022, and one person with contact no : [protected] visited for inspection on 22nd march and asked so many questions like " why you applied in online? and many more unwanted questions to my parents who were in home".. when i asked in phne call, he says came for inspection., but no action taken therafter and my application status is shows application registered verification pending. Once the person visited house, the process needs to be changed to inspected status but it shows it still pending and unable to check the status of the application and while tried to make a complaint in Tangedco site it shows to select the location after selecting the location with full zoom it shows " please zoom and select". Kindly rectify the issue and provide me the additional load at the earlist and tell me the date when it will get processed. and attached the complaint site screenshot and application status screenshot with this.

                        Zero Response Provided in the Night Shift Complaints at Pulianthope EB Office

                        Address: 21B, jai nagar, Pattalam

                        No Responses were made after complaining whole night we suffered without power supply and with mosquitoes. Kids didn't sleep whole night at all. Only by morning around 7.30am received the call for the complaint no. 709770 & 709556. Following which the complaint was resolved. Various attempts were made throughout the night for the complaints but there was no one soul to answer....

                              My application was cancelled for valid reason as per my request and i was intimated that refund is under processing by email. But till now i did not receive my refund amount from TNEB.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    My current month unit consumption was 460 (Reading taken by the TNEB Associates) and I have paid my bills with no arrears in past.
                                    But the current month billing was included with arrears amount mentioning to pay 4500+ amount (including the current month charges).

                                    I am not sure why should i be paying that bill amount because monthly reading is taken by the own associates and the amount paid on[protected] seems to be defective but i have paid my entire amount. Currently they are asking to pay it again.

                                    I need proper explanation as to why this arrears amount is attached on my bill and what has happened to the bill that i have paid on[protected] and why i should pay again??

                                    I am raising this consumer complaint if this can be escalated to high officials to get my amount back of 3496rs/- that was paid on[protected].
