    I don't see my online EB bill generated for this month, I have paid my last bill on Jan'22. It should have generated for this month already. I don't want to pay extra money as fine amount for the issue happened from TNEB website. I am not responsible for this delay in payment. Please help to update bill amount to be paid for the consumer no : [protected].

        23100a-Cc Arrears with additional 7649 payment

        I have paid all my dues for the Consumer No [protected]
        Suddenly there is an ask to pay the arrear charges for no reason with
        [protected]- [protected]a-Cc Arrears[protected].
        My bils will range from 2k to 5K and this arrrears has no meaning.

        Money debited from the bank but Tangedco says amount not paid

        Address: Chennai

        I have Paid EB bill for my connection 52, 557 in TNEB website via UPI payment using Google pay. Attached screenshot for my transaction. Payment went to successful status but the payment is not reflected in to TNEB. This happened on Match 1 around 9.30 PM. Status is not reflected yet in either in TNEB nor in my bank amount. Can you please check on this issue and help me to get the amount back to bank? Kindly do the needful.

        Frequent powercuts are happening in puzhidivakkam as a part of maintenance from 9.30AM to 5.00PM. causing more difficulty to the old age people and working people.please avoid this situation

          Hi Sir/Mam, I have paid my Eb bill on Tangedco app via Phone pe. The payment went through and money got debited from my account. But in Tangedco app it still shows me payment failed. And the app still showing like i haven't paid the bill. I have attached the screenshot. Could you please help me with this issue.

                Dear Sir, I have paid three times payment by credit card for my rented house EB bill, it was due on 1st Mar and i have paid two times in 1st mar of Rs.620 each and third time 2nd Mar of Rs.750, totally Rs.1990 paid and not updated successfully also those amounts are not returned to my account.                       We have got the notification about the EB bill for the month of Feburary on 10.02.22, The consumed unit denoted as 1500. As it is used only for Residential purpose and we have not even used AC. Then we have noted that the EB meter reading is not wrongly. With screen shot of meter we have given the complaint to EB office in person. Though it has been updated.
                      The due date is approaching, Kindly help us to solve this issue pls.

                            My consumer No is [protected].. I regularly pay my bill on time without any delay.. This time the EB person came for reading and informed that our meter readings are not visible properly and will bill us an average amount.. the bill amount was 695 rs. Now an additional amount of 405 rs is reflecting as Average Shortfall.. Kindly look into the additional amount charged and cancel the Average shortfall amount.

                              My Home Electricity Bill
                              Previous month assessment reading-2730, now current date reading -2806. Totally 76 units consumed this month But they enterd previous assessment month unit and amount .so it's eligible for free cost for under tamilnadu government free 100 units scheme but i now pay 50 rupees and also it will increase the next month bill amount as the unit difference will be more.
                              They should update the reading proof taken to them in person by the consumer.
                              I can take photo of current date reading to update them as on date.
                              This must be followed.
