Cancel the new free EB connection

Respected sir/Madam,
Request to cancel the free electricity connection of agricultural purpose to the servey no. 588 & 558. We regret the connection due to without knowledge of copartners and one more connection is there at the same location.
The concerned is Mr kadarkarai residing at 1/52, North Street, Sivalarkulam-627853, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi district.

The concerned EB office is located at Alangulam Taluk...

    My house does not have power since a week. Only in the evening few hours it comes and then after 10pm. All the other houses have power

      Dear sir,

      My house has been vacant for the past 2 months but I have been charged Rs.2260 for Dec 2021 and Rs.2440 for Jan 2022. This is probably based on the previous usage and meter reading and currently the house is empty, after my tenant moved out on 30th Sept 2021.

      Please help resolve this issue so that I don't get charged anymore for a vacant house. Also, expect a refund of the amount that I already paid.

        Power supply is not available to my home and the street as well fir more than 12 hours. We all suffering due to lack of current supply. No lighting in the street is a threat to robbery. Pls take remedial action. PS : Vandavasi sub division office, Thennangoor village Transformer no. 2

          EB Bill has been charged for 25.09.21 to 25.01.22 Vacant house that has not consumed electricity Consumer number [protected]
          Address Plotno:23, Flatno:S2, 7 Heaven Appts, Ramakrishna Nagar, Kolapakkam, Chennai PIN-600125. I already disconnect main power to my house thereafter they send bill regularly without any electricity consumption. meter reading also stable due to vacant house but they regularly charged to me. I have lodged many complain [protected], [protected], [protected] through TANGEDCO site they close my complain without any resolution and they charged unnecessary CC ARREAR RCFEES charges. . Instead, wrong billing made with Rs.289 /- for vacant house, not consumed electricity. Its totally against Consumer. Kindly make correction in billing for no payment for vacant, non consumption of power. I had lodged complain many times regarding this issue, but they said to pay the bill. And they increase my bill amount intentionally. Please help to rectify the issue asap. Every month we are facing the same issue. my email id [protected]@gmail.com my mob no. [protected]

            Dear sir
            we had given our request to the ae, arasur, sulur tk coimbatore south tneb distribution to disconnect our 3 phase, 111.1 kw industrial supply due to bank possession of our property before 2 months back but still the eb supply is alive and not yet been disconneced sofar .
            Further we had complained to a.E.E., arasur sulur tk to discconect the industrial power supply so as to avoid illegal use of elecricity but still the eb service is alive and it is all best reason known to them and we had enquired about the illegal eb supply provided to third party by ae and aee, arasur, sulur tk, especislly renganathan, wireman, cosmafan foundry cluster park, arasur coimbatore, who had given the supply to third party by looting the bribe from the unknown customer .

            Hence, we hereby request you to take immediate actions in this regards to disconnect our eb service bearing no.[protected], pioneer super cast, plot no.69 d, cosmafan foundry cluster park, arasur, coimbatore 641407 and take neccessary actions against illegal provisioning of eb service of 3 phase, 111.1 kw 3 phase industrial power supply by renganathan wireman and ae arasur and aee., arasur, sulur tk.

              Most of the consumers of Electricity donot know how to read the digital meter to assess the charges and this serves the TANGEDCO a boon to levy higher tariff.Assessors of the meter reading and calculation of the consumption charges, are let free to levy abnormal tariff at the behest of Tangedco, it seems.For the past 8 months, elec.charges are levied beyond one's justification and scruples that leads to suspicion of foul play on the consumers in Chennai city.Charges are levied in three folds in some months and normal at random.The logic that consumption is not constant and varies according to the usage, serves a lame excuse for the Tangedco.Suspicion arises with the frequent surges in the consumption charges levied and it is believed that TANGEDCO might be behind the foul play to garner more revenue.And more over, it is not assured that there is periodical checking of the meter and it's readings by the high officials.Some assessors use to demand for Diwali&Pongal inams, a ridiculous trait of the EB lower officials.It is also suspected that assessors tend to victimize the consumers by recording a higher meter reading which is highly deplorable, if true.TANGEDCO should look into the matter and act fairly with transparency to render justice to the consumers.

                  I am from thiruvarur district under mannargudi power consumption system. Daily we have faces 4 or times of powercut. Today we have faces lot of times powercut. In my villagers, many of them in work from home.They are affected by powercut issue. Please resolve the problem.

                      Sir/Madam,
                      Kindly note tneb has placed the pillar box for underground cable right near to my compound wall gate. This is causing problems to us as we are planned to renovate our compound gate and this box is hindering for the same. Kindly request to shift to the nearby area....

                      Unable to close name transfer application reference number [protected] even though it raised 30 days before. We submitted a form with incorrect address so we wanted to close the above mentioned application form to raise a new one. We asked them to close it many times but we could not proper response and because of this we could not raise a new one for EB number "[protected]"If we raise a new one, we re getting duplicate request. Please advise us to change the name

                        I am from Erode, and my electricity bill is due on 31st Jan 2022. But, i forgot to pay on time. For that, today i.e., 1st Feb 2022, the duty person came to home and took off the fuse and told us to pay 503/- rs in hand. But we told that, will pay on-line. While making payment in on-line, the bill rs was charged as 440/- rs. Is it really that much is charged for not paying the bill for even one day delay. It is really pain.

                              My bill for the month January is INR 800. In addition to that I have been charged INR 3760 as "Average Shortfall". I am a regular payer without any due.

                                  In our place we face frequent disconnection and frequent heavy or low voltage, recently our Led TV got damaged and also all the Led lights in our place got damaged. From the 26th there is a single phase with low voltage and still the issue has not been resolved, I would kindly request the support to resolve the issue permanently.

                                  Due to low voltage and only one phase of operation we could not turn on the motor and all the villa owners have raised the complaint and here posting to get this resolved. This is affecting our daily life and we are unable to work.
