We live in Chennai, Ambattur and our EB connection consumer number[protected], we had bill for the month of January 2022 as 380 rupees and last date of payment was 24th, We missed the last date since was not able to make payment in google pay, and on 25th the very next day paid the eb bill with a fine amount of 100, For one day a fine amount of 25% of fine is too much to pay. Please do consider this petition to refund the amount, During months of April, may during covid we paid a mamoth of 8000 rupees as eb bills, We have been paying eb bills regularly, But as there is no policy or guidelines on implementing fine amounts, please do consider this request, am raising this on 25th January 2022, once after paying the full eb bill with fine.(We have paid and requested for refund because we dont know what till be amount of fine for non payment upcoming days from tomorrow)
Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am Murugan and I have applied new EB connection for home and paid amount (Rs.4568 ) in online .
Since, I wrongly selected Phase details for home in online application (it should be single phase but I selected 3 Phase) it asked to pay Rs.4568 and I paid that.
After that only, I know the it should be single phase and amount should be around Rs.1500
So, again I paid amount around around Rs.1500 and got new EB connection with single Phase.
Wrongly paid Rs.4568 for connection application [protected] on 23/06/21.Please refund Chq./Ref.No-[protected] Narration[protected]/TNEBNHDFC
Is it possible to return the amount back to me which I Wrongly paid Rs.4568.
