Dear sir,
I am rexin vinoth located in Pamban, [protected] is my tneb conumer number and i have paid my tneb bill through online on 31/12/2021 but money was refunded to my account on 3/1/2022 but i am not sure about refunded amount. yesterday they cut my eb connection without any information, today only i came to know that tneb block my account so i could not paid my bill... my request is why they are doing this wthout any information...

    I tried to pay my EB bill through a payment portal but it failed, then I checked and found a disparity in the amount. In my bill I was charged an additional charge of Rs450, labelled "average shortfall". A friend helped me to check the reason for this and a staff of EB said it is because the meter has been changed and this is the charge for the new meter. I do not understand why I should be charged for a faulty meter when it is not my fault that the meter may not have been working properly.

        My TNEB Service Number is [protected]. Area is Thiruvarangi, Parthibanur EB Distribution. I have paid registration fees on 03.12.2021 for the tariff change from tariff 5 to tariff 3b on the demand of industrial purpose. I have submitted all the required documents. And also bought additional load for my need on 29.12.2021. They have changed the load but till now they haven’t change the tariff for my service number. Can I know what’s the reason why they haven’t changed till now?

          EB consumption No [protected]. Normal billed amount dated 06/01/202 Rs.1912/- Extra charged as Average Shortfall Rs.4647/-.

          What is this "Average Shortfall" meant for and how it is calculated as I am being a senior citizen and paying all bills on time.

            There is power issue due to Main Electricity Cable Line. The Cable line is currently in disconnected status and has a risk of getting shock. I hereby sincerely request to take immediate action and resolve the connection as soon as possible.

                  Dear Sir,
                  We hav 6 Meters we Pay online on time .If missed we genuinely except and Pay Cc Charges as well.

                  Since October we hav made a Complain of Fault meter to The AD.No response !!

                  Short of reading Man they send person on Sunday even 7 wen no inmates and put Door lock.Assume readings without usage previous month Reading and keep charging.

                  A meter where usage is very Ltd -Last year 750 -average it comes. The EB dept hav delayed the issue and without explanation hav put 3500 for a non functioning office.

                  Why Public is penalised shortcomings of the EB dept manpower shortage.They appoint in experienced person without training and guidance wen could not find buildings.They just put DL -door locked.Lay Charges with Arrears as they wish.

                  Seek justice or we will have to take Legal Action for in.justice and damaging our Patience for no cause.

                    Hi, i am from Ramaiyanpatti, Tirunelveli. Already we faced a full day shutdown on Tuesday (04/01/2022) from 10am to 6.30pm. Today (08/01/2022) again power shutdown in our area from 9am. If power shutdown happens twice in just a single week, how come we will be able to manage WFH (Work From Home), which is one of the Covid protocols insisted by govt and also other activities

                      I made payment 590 on my due date 5-Jan (Trans ref:[protected] and money got debited that time, I also got receipt. Today (after 3 days of due date) getting mail Payment not approved. What does that mean ? Why can't you inform me on that day itself ? Now I have to pay bill+over due amount 712 ! Please check and correct the issue ASAP or refund with the due amount I will repay !

                        the new meter reading assessor do not take reading in our premises which end up in frequent door-lock. Our repeated oral complaints with the assessor has proved to be futile.

                            Dear Sir,

                            With reference to our discussion to day morning, I am sending this email regarding the higher charges for my domestic service. On 02/11/2021 new meter installed after removing defective meter. The reading after new meter installed is 440. But total units consumed recorded is 617 which is high for my usage in this winter season (reference Dec 2019 and Dec 2020). As per current meter reading 440/ 49 days is 8.979 units per day. But 617 - 440 = 177 for 11 days. ie. 177/11 = 16.09 units per day which is almost double the units charged for 11 days. So please consider this and do the needful to pay my bills as early as possible. I am waiting for your decision to pay my bill, which is due by 10th Jan 2022.

                              Consumer number [protected] had to be cancelled as name was wrongly submitted.Cancellation request was done online and submitted all details including bank account at TNEB kovalam office.
                              Subsequently AE kovalam has informed that he has forwarded all documentation for refund to concerned office in September 2021.
                              Till date there is no information on refund status.

                              There has been no response or refund for the complaint made so far.
                              Hi I have raised e name transfer for tneb. I have entered the new name details as old. I have paid the rs.726. Now that edit/modify is not working on the site bearing the url https://nsc.tnebltd.gov.in/nsconline/mobval.xhtml?apl=MN . I have called the support [protected] but they said to reach the AE. I reached AE and explained the scenario - No proper response and he said "One amount is paid, cant be refundable". What should I do now?

                                      EB bill charged for vacant house for Rs,2xxx/
