Service #:[protected] This season of the year the amount charged is heavy. By refering my usage in the same period in previous years. I already approached AE of concern area due to not able to meet ATO. He asked me.to send email with details.
Too much charged for my domestic service[protected] in this winter season

Dear Sir,

With reference to our discussion to day morning, I am sending this email regarding the higher charges for my domestic service. On 02/11/2021 new meter installed after removing defective meter. The reading after new meter installed is 440. But total units consumed recorded is 617 which is high for my usage in this winter season (reference Dec 2019 and Dec 2020). As per current meter reading 440/ 49 days is 8.979 units per day. But 617 - 440 = 177 for 11 days. ie. 177/11 = 16.09 units per day which is almost double the units charged for 11 days. So please consider this and do the needful to pay my bills as early as possible. I am waiting for your decision to pay my bill, which is due by 10th Jan 2022.

    Consumer number [protected] had to be cancelled as name was wrongly submitted.Cancellation request was done online and submitted all details including bank account at TNEB kovalam office.
    Subsequently AE kovalam has informed that he has forwarded all documentation for refund to concerned office in September 2021.
    Till date there is no information on refund status.

    There has been no response or refund for the complaint made so far.
    Hi I have raised e name transfer for tneb. I have entered the new name details as old. I have paid the rs.726. Now that edit/modify is not working on the site bearing the url https://nsc.tnebltd.gov.in/nsconline/mobval.xhtml?apl=MN . I have called the support [protected] but they said to reach the AE. I reached AE and explained the scenario - No proper response and he said "One amount is paid, cant be refundable". What should I do now?

            EB bill charged for vacant house for Rs,2xxx/

            EB Bill has been charged for 2.5 months Vacant house that has not consumed electricity

            They had came for reading the consumption, , l since its vacant house, it show 18 units, then then they thought that the meter is fault, and had replaced the already good working meter,

            Address Plot number 94, Ground floor, Second street Rajeshwari Nagar. Kelambakkam.
            Requested to replace faulty energy meter with new one on 27th December 2021. But till now not taken action. Instead, wrong billing made with Rs.1010/- for vacant house, not consumed electricity. Its totally against Consumer. Kindly make correction in billing for no payment for vacant, non consumption of electricity and also replace faulty energy meter as requested at the earliest.

            Till now TNEB kelambakkam not resolved the issue. Not replaced the faulty Energy meter as well as not corrected the billing status of vacant house, instead of zero units, calculated 480 units charging Rs.1010/- for vacant house not rented out for last one year.

                வணக்கம்,
                தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம் வல்லநாடு மின் அலுவலகத்திற்கு உட்பட்ட கோனார்குளம் பகுதியில் விவசாயத்திற்காக இயங்கி வரும் Transformer கடந்த 2 மாத காலமாக அடிக்கடி மின் துண்டிப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. இதனால் Transformer அகற்றப்பட்டு பழுது பார்ப்பதற்காக தூத்துக்குடி மின் அலுவலகத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டது. பின்னர் 2 நாட்கள் கழித்து திறன் குறைந்த வேறு Transformer மாற்றப்பட்டது. இது திறன் குறைந்தது என்பதால் 24 மணி நேரமும் மின்சாரம் வழங்காமல் feeder வாரியாக பிரித்து ஒரு நாளைக்கு 8 மணி நேரம் மட்டுமே மின்சாரம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இதனால் நெற்பயிர்கள் தண்ணீர் இல்லாமல் காய்ந்து வருகின்றன. இந்த நிலை நீடித்தால் விரைவில் நெற்பயிர்கள் கருகி விடும். ஆகவே விவசாயிகள் நலனை கருத்தில்கொண்டு முன்னர் இருந்த திறன் அதிகமான Transformer ஐ விரைவில் மின் இணைப்புக்கு கொண்டு வந்து 24 மணி நேரமும் விவசாயிகளுக்கு மின்சாரம் வழங்கும் படி தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டு கொள்கிறோம்.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am a resident in Surrathamman Koil, 1st Street, Srinivasa Nagar, New Perungalathur, Chennai -600 063 and I want to bring to your attention that residents in our locality are facing grievous problems of the poor street light condition in our area.

                    We are facing terrible problems without the street lights, as it is a major hindrance to the night blinders. We do not feel safe while taking an evening walk, nor can we cross roads safely.

                    The lack of proper street lights is also an advantage for the thieves, making it difficult for us to go anywhere leaving our home locked. In addition, majority of the residents are old age and retired making them highly vulnerable to robbery.

                    I hence request on behalf of the residents to kindly take necessary steps as soon as possible and get the street lamps repaired or replaced.

                          Sir,
                          We are from Venkatapuram, Ambattur and we are regularly paying the electricity consumption charges promptly on or before the due date. Even then also, they levied CC arrear charges and if we asked the respective officials, they also not aware and told that its systems generated, so we need to pay. If we need to pay, we actually want to know the reason/which period they levied CC arrears as we never kept pending/never missed to pay the consumption charges.

                          So, we request to provide the respective officers contact numbers for further action/steps.

                            Kaladipet eb office, has a number to call and check if power cut happens. 25990619. Today as usual because of 15mins rain, power cut happened. But when called to ask, as it was already more than 3hrs, the person who picked up the call was so rude and disconnected while I was talking itself. His name is manimaran. Kindly train your people properly on how to be customer centric.

                            5-1-2022 அன்று இரவு 10-45 மணியளவில் கன்னியா குமரி மாவட்டத்தில் நாகர்கோவில் மாநகராட்சிக்கு உட்பட்ட சரக்கல்விளை ஊரில் பவர் கட் ஆனது..., , சுமார் 11 மணியளவில் நாகர்கோவில் மின் வாரியத்திற்கு புகார் தெரிவித்தும் எந்த ஒரு நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்காமல் மெத்தனமாக பதில் அளித்தனர்... பின்பு area line man க்கு அழைத்தால் No proper response ...பின்பு இரு நபர்களும் எந்த ஒரு தொலைபேசி அழைப்புக்கும் பதில் அளிக்கவில்லை... எனவே இது போன்ற பொறுப்பு இல்லாத ஊழியர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும் படி தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்

                                    This is regarding the above mentioned service no: we are the tenent for this house for past two years, from the right beginning wen we came here our bill cost around Rs.1000 below but now after this lockdown we are getting Rs.2000 to 3500 approx.but the products are all same which we using before.So I had put the complaints regds many offen times they came and check tell all the lines are fine but for what reasons it's coming very high amount we are small family we don't use much usage in the morning hours we don't AC, Geaser, woven nothing has use high watts...Pls it's a humble request to kindly check the lines properly bze we are middle class people we can't take effort such a amount...I hope I'll get a good solution for this ASAP ..
                                    Note:- Kindly check my previous bills for the years and see the differences.
