Hi,

I am Kandavelu residing in Alwarpet. The EB department has unfairly levied an excess bill of 14242. My house was was unoccupied from 01/2020 till 05/2021, due to the corona chaos we were stuck else where . We had intimidated the local EB office in tynampet and have raised a complaint in the tangedco website but so far no step have been taken to resolve this and the complaint remains unprocessed. On 07/2021 a new meter was placed even though the old meter was working fine and we were charged an amount of ~4500 for this.

We had to first pay an unnecessary amount as a part of the meter replacement and second now we are charged 14242 for no reason.This is atrocious and extremely shocking. Please help and guide on the next course of action

Street lights are not burning for the past 1 month in GRG Nagar, SITRA-CODISSIA Road, Coimbatore. It is of paramount importance as it's dark in the winter months to travel through the road. Safety of the commuters and pedestrians are at high risk. Do the needful as early as possible.

I would like to complain about TREE contact with the Main power cable near my house.

We are facing the main cable. The problem for last 1 years and we have complaint regarding this issue to SS office also still we did not get solution. This issue very dangerous cause because near my house my kids also playing under the cable. Anytime the cable will break hence please inform your lineman to check and CUT the TREE parts which one contacts to the power cable.

Please take immediate action to resolve this issue.

Please protect human lives very soon from any accident.

3 phase cable faulted on 5/12/2021. 3 families and one commercial service provided. Complaint through SMS sent. /10 meter distance from pole/no road crossing. Children exams/ elders work from home interrupted.

I am Dr.Prabhakar, Dermatologist at Royal Skin, Hair and Laser Clinic, Valasaravakkam, Chennai-600087. For almost a year we dont have 3rd phase due to which we are not able to operate lift for elderly patients. Elderly patients are finding it very difficult to climb stairs. Many times we complained and persons came from EB and did looping alone, but for lift to operate looping is not sufficient all 3 phases should be present. So i kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

This is the complainant regarding Application reference number : [protected]. We are tried to get temporary connection for house construction at krishnapuram village, vilanallur, vandavasi taluk, Tiruvannamalai and we had already paid the amount of Rs.2818/- through online for this application after that we visited the Anaibogi EB hub and they are asking us "why you guys are paid and doing registration through online you have to go vandavasi and there is some private organisation and we visited there also they charged us 600 RS for process the application and again paid RS.2818 second time. Now the issue is there is two application number generated under same name and same patta details and now they demanding money for materials and lamp transportation charges also other charges we frustrated for this thing I request you to take action against the same and please cancel the one paid Application which is mentioned above so I can get my refund of that kindly consider my request as we already Fed up with Anaibogi EB hub officers.

Due to frequent low voltage in my building electronic devices are damaged. Even water motor cannot be switched on.

Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

In my area 1 electric pole was damaged, so it will fall down any time, I already gave complaint, but still they are not replaced.here I have attached compliant copy also kindly find it.

Hi,
We are staying in Siruvallur High Road, Perambur.
There is a live wire lying very low near #18 and 19.
This is very dangerous and can fall down anytime causing casualities.
Please look into it at the earliest.

Respected Sir/Madam,

Requesting your support on getting our street lights to work properly. Past two weeks street lights are not functioning Kinldy support on reslove this issue. Many children and old age people are facing issues on non functioning of Street lights. We are into 5th cross East, Nanjappa Nagar, Singanallur, Coimbatore-641005 behind child trust hospital.

From the last about 15 minutes power getting switched off and on about 10 times. Right now no power supply in our Alagapuram, Salem area...

We have faced with faulty meter during June-2020 month bill cycle and slapped with arrears charge as computed for that period 380/. We have paid dutifully in that cycle itself. Now in Dec-2021 bill cycle again charged with 10980/ as CC arrears charge, no details provided. When enquired in corresponding EB office in our town (Mannargudi, Tiruvarur Dt.), reply came in cryptic as charge slapped by head quarters for the faulty meter period of June-2020.
Need help here to resolve this problem, kindly share any guidance.

Hi Sir,
I am residing Chepauk Area, Chennai and raised a complained on 10th Oct 2021 for No Meter Display and it is not yet resolved until today 6th Dec.

Total complaints raised 5 and each time support team closed the tickets as " Completed" without being taken any action. Hence, raised multiple tickets during this period. Complaint # [protected]

One phase is not working at our apartment complex. The EB number there is no response pls help. It is exam time for students need access to Internet.
