Address: R-77 Water Tank Road M M DA Colony, Water Tank Road

The eb junction box installed about twenty-five years ago is now in the state of falling to ground.level any time as the supporting pillar worn out and thereby leaning to my home. It may be a threat to lives of all as the wires are visible as the closing door of the junction box could not be closed properly due to the leaning position. Moreover even for small rain water stagnates in my home. In the last week rain the box was literally submerged for two days due to heavy water logging.
Please arrange to relocate the said box for the safety of all in the street.

      We are facing power fluctuations due to low voltage supply resulting in damage of electronic goods in our house. Inspite of informing EB multiple times no action has been taken.

      We request to put up a new transformer to split the incoming load to solve this issue.

        We have been using solar for a year. So Bill Thackeray came low. The meter was replaced two months ago. For the months when the meter did not run, they collected the highest amount of Rs. 890 of that year. I paid for it. The bill for these two months has reached Rs.431. Added Rs.[protected]a-AVERAGE SHORTFALL) to Rs.1905. I complained to the e-mail number[protected]. They say you have to pay for it. I paid for the meter every year and the meter for more than two months. Again Rs.1905 AVERAGE SHORTFALL is going to build with it. I urge you to take action to remove this Amount

          I use a three phase electricity meter in my house.Since the recent floods, there was feeble or no current in the phase 3 which led to fusing of two bulbs and a fan, I have been calling the tamilnadu electricity board everyday since November 11th.They said they will check out and the problem will be resolved but nothing happened.After calling the tneb complaint number 1912 for almost 4 days, they sent out an electrician.The person who came to resolve the problem transferred current from phase 2 to phase 3, but still the air conditioners are not working with that.The electrician said another person will come the next day to replace the burnt wire in phase 3, but no one came.After calling the tneb again for two consecutive days, another electrician named Damo came to verify whether the connection transferred from phase 2 to phase 3 was by the tneb.He was very rude and he left before I reached home on 17th November at 10:30 P.M . I only asked him to wait for 5 minutes as I almost reached my house but he refused saying that he will send another person the next day morning to change the burnt wire but no one came. And I am still complaining after two days with tneb complaint number, and still no one is coming to resolve the problem.How long am I supposed to wait for the people in tneb to come and change the burnt wire and fuse.Is this why im paying my electricity bills for?

          Now it has been 13 days and still the problem has not been resolved, very poor service from tneb.Its nearly half a month and I'm wondering why tneb is very busy without even responding to their customers

          Now it has been 15 days and still not a single person from tneb has reported to check the problem, three tubelights and one bulb has fused because of this, will the eb compensate for it?

                There is no power supply from all the phases for the past 5 days in my house alone..daily we are registering complaint in TNEB but there is no response.

                    I am from East tank street Nandambakkam Chennai 600089. In our area EB reading not taken regularly and the amount was calculated high for the month September 2021. This month November 2021 not yet any EB man came to our home to EB reading. Also, we forward the same complaint to the respective office repeatedly but not proper action taken.

                      The local EB lineman never responds and always demands money to connect the cable. 1 phase wire got burnt on 5th November and the lineman damaged the other wires as well. Now we have replace the entire cable between the Bus bar and the Electric pole. Connection is still not provided yet. My address Emperor Square Apartment, Bethelpuram, East Tambaram, Chennai 59

                          3phase line not Working and ground overheating need support urgent

                          I made a complaint at early morning 3 but the line man came only at 10..so much delay then what is the use of complaining at any time..also I have been making same complaints many times but no response..am not satisfied.
                          I made a complaint thru 24hours telephone line at 3 in the morning saying some ### took off fuse carriers from eb boxes so we don't have power fro 1a.m.but the line man came only at 10..then wat is the use of complaining on 24hr help service...am not satisfied..also I make same complaints mANY TIMEs but not responded..

                            No power supply in my home from[protected].00AM Service No is[protected] Reported in Alandur EB Office At 11 AM a power burst happened in the post in which our line is connected. From then onwards power supply disconnected in my home I complained in Alandur EB Office. No fruitful action from Office. My connection is underground line. I fear the disconnection might have occurred in underground line If rain comes our road will inundate with water. If this is not attended urgently some current leakage may occur and is very danger to people. I request that this should be attended immediately and power connection restored to my home.

                                  நான் வடக்கு ராஜா வீதி, நெடுங்குணம் கிராமம், சேத்துப்பட்டு தாலூக்கா, திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டம் 606807, என்ற விலாசத்தில் வசித்து வருகிறேன்.எனது தெருவில் வசிக்கும் தனுசு s/o ரங்கசாமி என்பவர் அவரின் வீட்டின் உள்ளே கிணற்றிலிருந்து, அவரது வீட்டிற்கு பெற்ற மின் இணைப்பின் மூலம் (மின் இணைப்பு எண் 342/008-867) வீட்டின் உள்ளே உள்ள கிணற்றிலிருந்து வேறு ஒருவர் நிலத்தில் வாழை மரம் பயிர் செய்து வருகிறார்.
                                  சுமார் 300 meter தொலைவில் உள்ள அவரது இளைய மகன் ராஜா என்பவரின் வீட்டிற்கும் வேறு நபரின் நிலத்தின் வழியாக Wire மூலம் கொண்டு சென்று சுமார் 5 வருடங்களாக மின் உபயோகம் செய்து வருகிறார்கள்.தனுசுவின் மூத்த மகன் சுரேஷ் தமிழ் நாடு மின்சார வாரியத்தில் பணிபுரிந்து கொண்டு இவ்வேலைகளுக்கு துணையாகவும் இருக்கிறார்.இவை மின்சார சட்டம்படி குற்றம் என தெரிய வருகிறது.
                                  எனவே மேற்படி நபரின் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கோட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

                                      Date of the incident - From 11th Nov 2021 and continuing.
                                      Huge fluctuations in Power voltage - we are unable to run any appliances like Pump for water, and risking many other appliances like TV, Fridge, Washing MAchine and tube lights with sudden surge and sudden power off.
                                      the Reason can be a repair made at the Electric pole two days back, which might not be complete or issues opened with it. OR it can be due to gales due to yesterday's cyclonic storm.
                                      We could not speak to the EB office as their land phone is always busy and officials want us to call that number only.
                                      We request:
                                      1. A open platform like Whatsapp number where compliant can be lodged without waiting for the landline to be free.
                                      2. Request EB to send some staff to fix this issue immediately, else will end up with losing many appliances all the 4 flats we have .
