Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a complaint about the spelling mistake in the initials of my consumer name registered in the bills of Electricity Board. Its been typed as 'L. Venkatesan '. I need my name to be typed as 'N. Venkatesan '. Initials should be changed from 'L' to 'N'. Consumer number is[protected].
Kindly please change the name in the portal.

    There is issue in the service wire connecting eb pole and meter box. We are nt getting proper information of the wire change process. What is the amount to be paid for single and three phase connections for wire change. Please give us the information asap.

              For the past six month after TN elections our street Seetha nagar first Street is having numerous power cuts on per day basis.

              Before new govt our area was known for having no power cuts at all. But once new govt took over after 2021 may the powercuts are very causual and is interupted daily 3 to 4 tomes. Please look into this ans escalate to maximum level

                Welding surcharge

                When welding surcharge was introduced, non compliance of power factor(leading power factor) was cited as major reason, which resulted in loss of revenue to tneb.
                Now all units maintain power factor and is recorded in smart meter. Also latest welding sets use electronics controls
                which ensures power factor & controls harmonics.
                Hence laghu udyog bharati-tamilnadu, requests that the welding surcharge be removed henceforth....

There is a frequent power outage on the electric pole near our house. We contacted the officer about this. But he is coming too late. I approached him this morning and he was coming the next morning.                         We, the following consumer of electricity belonging to the KT HOSPITAL, 222, Palani Bypass, Dindigul-624001 is to inform you that there is frequent failure of electricity in our board for past 1 month. Many times we have booked complaint against of EB issue, but no proper response. Earlier we don’t face this issue but a month before AE came to our place for field visit and his way of talking is not normal and rude, from that time onwards we are facing this low voltage problem frequently. We have given many complaints to solve this cause of trouble but still no response. They have asked us to buy and give the LEG, we have purchased and given that too the line man but still problem persist.
                        Since we are running a Hospital, many patient’s are kept under Ventilator and with Oxygen support, during mid of the surgery’s also this problem is continuing which have put under very risky situation.
                        We, therefore, request you to kindly understand the risky situation of the patient’s and take early steps to check this problem. We shall be grateful to you for such help.

                          Hi sir, this is suresh my father was constructed the new house in pallipalayam namakkal district, he was applied for the power connection before 1month but they told for near to the balcony are electrical line going on so you make the wall in front, we are also constructed then fully covered in front area, yesterday they're come and seen then told that again you want construct the wall in above 1 feet, again and again they told some reason for giving the power supply, more than 50times we are approach the eb office, still now not getting power connection in my home

                            My name is Padmanaban from Tittagudi. My regular bi-monthly EB pay will be around INR 410. But the period 18th august to 18 Oct time consumed 70 units and bill came for INR 2320.50 Which is six times more have to pay. in billing breaker details mentioned 2000 INR for development charge. I didn't understand what is mean by development charge here. I didn't receive anything new in EB. someone please guide me.Raised ticket / enquired 1912 - no proper response..Digital india is mentioned only in Paper when we raise any concern/complaint they ask us to come to EB office .someone please tell me why I need to pay development charge if I know the reason I can pay

                              We had a power cut only in our house since last night it's been a whole day yet we did not get any solution we informed the line man in the morning several times nd no one showed up yet ..it is very difficult to handle this situation especially at night times with babies at home

                                    The electric pole is present in the middle of the road in my area, due to which no vehicles are able to enter in it.

                                      Massive Tree with branches all over the EB line and also getting uprooted because of the weight. It is in a stage that it is gonig to fall on my house pulling down the EB lines possibly causing a danger in rainy season.

                                      Made complaints in Person but it is always getting passed on to Corporation. this is ending as passing the buck on each other
                                      and not getting resolved.

                                      This has been ongoing for last 6 - 8 months, i Sincerely request you to get this solved before any incident or Danger.
