Hi sir, this is suresh my father was constructed the new house in pallipalayam namakkal district, he was applied for the power connection before 1month but they told for near to the balcony are electrical line going on so you make the wall in front, we are also constructed then fully covered in front area, yesterday they're come and seen then told that again you want construct the wall in above 1 feet, again and again they told some reason for giving the power supply, more than 50times we are approach the eb office, still now not getting power connection in my home

    My name is Padmanaban from Tittagudi. My regular bi-monthly EB pay will be around INR 410. But the period 18th august to 18 Oct time consumed 70 units and bill came for INR 2320.50 Which is six times more have to pay. in billing breaker details mentioned 2000 INR for development charge. I didn't understand what is mean by development charge here. I didn't receive anything new in EB. someone please guide me.Raised ticket / enquired 1912 - no proper response..Digital india is mentioned only in Paper when we raise any concern/complaint they ask us to come to EB office .someone please tell me why I need to pay development charge if I know the reason I can pay

      We had a power cut only in our house since last night it's been a whole day yet we did not get any solution we informed the line man in the morning several times nd no one showed up yet ..it is very difficult to handle this situation especially at night times with babies at home

            The electric pole is present in the middle of the road in my area, due to which no vehicles are able to enter in it.

            Requesting to shift the electric pole by two feet, so that it would be very helpful for the residents

              Address: 108 LAMECH STREET , JANAKI NAGAR, VALASARAVAKKAM

              Massive Tree with branches all over the EB line and also getting uprooted because of the weight. It is in a stage that it is gonig to fall on my house pulling down the EB lines possibly causing a danger in rainy season.

              Made complaints in Person but it is always getting passed on to Corporation. this is ending as passing the buck on each other
              and not getting resolved.

              This has been ongoing for last 6 - 8 months, i Sincerely request you to get this solved before any incident or Danger.

                I believe after DMK rule in my locality there finds a frequent power cuts even no weather issues.. In the rule of ADMK, I found powercuts only at the time of heavy rain, wind, thunders like weathers conditions.. As it is a village there no one to ask them a reason, they were doing so… i found in nearby city side there is no issues like this.. I request TNEB to take severe action regarding this issue

                        Hello Sir/Madam,
                        I have been reciding in Tamil Nagar, TNHB Colony, Anaiyur, Madurai North Thaluk.
                        Our EB Billing office is located in Koodal Nagar, Madurai North Thaluk.
                        We are facing frequent power cuts in our locality for past few weeks. The reason that is provided by the lineman are rain problem, transformer problem and so and so. But I am not sure how that is not affecting my friend's area which is two streets away from mine. There are employees who are working online which is getting interrupted abruptly and there are students who are getting affected while preparing for crucial life changing examinations. Kindly consider this complaint and sort it out as soon as possible for the well-being o[censored]s. Thank you.

                              Uninformed power cut is happening in our area Thiraviapuram 4 th Street Thoothukudi frequently. So that the residents in our area cannot sleep well and their next day routine gets spoiled.and also mosquito are more in our area so there is no possibility for us to sleep without electricity.so do the needful as soon as possible

                                I am writing this complaint letter with regard to the electricity connection no. [protected]. The meter reading was not taken for the past month (October 2021). But the online entry shows that I have to pay the amount that was paid for the previous reading which is not at all valid and acceptable. Whenever such problems occur, there was no proper response for our complaints. Moreover, I came to know that the reading for this month was not taken for most of the houses in our street. When we enquired about it, it was said that the one who came for taking reading this month was new to the field. How could one take this as reason for affecting so many consumers? And how could I pay without knowing the actual consumption? I deeply feel sorry for such behaviour of TNEB, Kayalpatnam branch and requesting you to kindly take NECESSARY and IMMEDIATE action to avoid such concerns of the public.
