I'm Kanmani Krishnamurthy from Parivakkam, Poonamallee. There is an eb pole in front of our land, and we are unable to build compound wall and house. Our construction work is on hold due to this. We made a request through eb consumer support (1912) on September 3, 2021. We were asked to submit all the related documents like DCW, Land documents and EB card photocopy along with a request letter. Documents were submitted on September 20, 2021. We have also given the initial registration fee - Rs. 200 for this request. Having enquired about the status more than 5 times, it's been a month since the request is made and there is no proper action taken by the AE and other concerned persons to resolve our request. Please check regarding this and update what action taken for the case.

      In my area there the one post current tower is too damaged and not at maintenance . It's highly risk for people's so please take the action to replace it and prevent it before any casualties. Kindly request to check the current tower.

        Paid electricity bill onine via TNEB web portal using my UPI payment.
        The debit happend twice with transaction IDs as below.

        Surprisingly no one is helping after I spoke to two people in [protected] and the 2nd person gave +[protected] to call, who picked up the phone to say they are not handling the online complaints.

            Power cuts in Melvisharam

            There are regular power cuts for three hours per day at a fixed time in Melvisharam in Vellore District.
            But apart from this, the TNEB is indulging in additional power cuts ranging from 5 minutes duration to 30 minutes duration at ANY TIME THEY LIKE...It is very inconvenient for the residents of Melvisharam... To our dismay, the power cuts also happen any time in the NIGHT.. The TNEB should come out with an explanation IMMEDIATELY...

            Sir,
            I am Alamelu. SM from Nachandupatti, Pudukkottai District. My EB Service number:[protected]. Line man, Nachandupatti, Pudukkottai District asked me Rs. 200 curruption money. Money Rs. 200 not given.So line man removed neutral, changing phase and neutral. This is the 3rd time line man doing like. Already 2times line man asked me curruption money Rs.200.Not given. So line man shouted in the road. So please take severe action against line man, Nachandupatti, Pudukkottai District. Power supply also gone and electrical appliances also gone. So take action to bring the power supply back and deduct line man salary because my electrical appliances GONE.LINE MAN ALSO TOLD EB OFFICE NOT GIVING SALARY FOR HIM. SO HE TOLD HE IS ASKING CURRUPTION MONEY FOR HIS VEHICLE PETROL. Thank you

                    Hi Team,

                    My house is given for a rent. The rented person not paying his electricity bill for more than a year. I don’t know how EB staffs are letting him to use. He did not paid Bill for about 6 months. And I came to EB office seven well branch and made a complaint regarding this. After that they disconnected the line. This happened by April 2021. Again now Oct 2021 he kept his bill unpaid for about 6 months.

                    I would like to know the reason why EB staff is not taking any action to this issue.

                      We are living Salem, narayanasamypuram, Arisipalayam. We have contacted the eb office in person for the current cut in our area for the past 2 days. Still we are not getting any response. Totally 10 houses in this area are facing this issue. No one is bothered about what we are going through here. Due to this we are not able to resume our work and we are suffering a lot. Pls do the needful

                        Hi sir / mam .
                        I need additional meter to my house . but i have applied wrongly has additional load . My application was cancelled by Eb office . but my money not came . i paid Rs.5407 in online transaction. 17/07/21 my application was cancelled .till now i didn't get my money back pls help what to do i dont no pls help to get my money back

                              They are using my mobile number for somebody else EB connection. that is not linked with me in any point. so i inquire about the matter and conformed that was a mistake, but the EB official not removing my number from that connection. instead he asked me to give other number so that he can switch those sms to that number. but i asked how do i give that connection owners number? it is difficult also unnecessary for me to search and give that owners number. please help me to get rid of it. thank you.

                                  October 6 morning 10.45 am-12 pm power cut happened and today October 7- power cut started from 10.40 am and from EB sidd they told after 12 it will be up, but still power is not yet came. Now the time is 1.12 PM. There is a regular power cut is happening during weekdays. It was so hard, as we are working from home. TNEB could you please take an action on it?

                                    Address - 21/92, Andhithoppu, Bhoothapandy post, Thovalai Taluk, Nagercoil, kanyakumari district. Tamil nadu.

                                    Complaint- I am the owner for the above property and meter. I am currently staying in mumbai. One of my relative who is staying at my home at Bhoothapandy Nagercoil is using my meter, however we have been paying the electricity bills. Since we are in mumbai he is trying to incorrectly change the ownership of my meter to his name. The electricitian who is working in our area is helping him to create an illegal paper. Please do not allow and anybody trying to do please do take a strict action against that employee who is trying to do this.
