    Hi, I'm living in sitheripatu village near karani in kandachepuram taluk in villupuram district. Our area lights are not working for more than a month.       Hi EB meter displays blank. Last two months the house is vacant, but still I had to pay the previous bill amount which is unfortunately very high. Kindly help to resolve at the earliest.

        In my house, no electricity from 19/10/2021.It was informed to the duty linemen through mobile and in-person on 20/10/2021 at 7:00am.No response.Then on the same day at 1:32 pm, it was informed to the foreman.It was in vain.Then on 21/10/2021 at 9:32 am, it was brought to the notice of the Junior Engineer, Suchindrum, Kanyakumari district.Not yet rectified.
        No light, no water, no charging of mobile and labtop, unable to study by children, vegetables and other things inside the refrigerator are rotten, unable to do online work, etc...
        This type of defects in service and poor performance of the workman is a serious concern.please take necessary action immediately.

          Respected Sir/madam

          Sub : out of 3 Phases, 2 phases are not working.

          in my house only 1 phase is working and the rest of the 2 phases arent working, its very hard for me to use all my household electronic items and day to day activities with one phase

          i have called the EB complaint number 1912 and the local area service technician number -[protected] several times for the last 3months. every time i call they say it will be addressed but no one will turn up to fix the complaint. Infact 1912 customer care promised it will be resolved but it wasnt, they have closed the complaint with fake answers. complaint ID - TNEBCL334482.

          called customer care - no fix
          called local service number - no fix
          registered complaint online - no fix.

          i would kindly request to fix my complaint asap.

            Dear sir,

            My consumer no is [protected], the month of October 2021, My Actuall cc charge is Rs 1106.

            In addition to the above, there is an average shortfall of rs. 9720 is charged, but in my past history, there is no delay in payments.

            We have found that they have wrongly billed this charges for the period I did Temporary dismantling the service from 9-4-2019 to[protected]. Please check and cancel this extra charges.

                I'm Kanmani Krishnamurthy from Parivakkam, Poonamallee. There is an eb pole in front of our land, and we are unable to build compound wall and house. Our construction work is on hold due to this. We made a request through eb consumer support (1912) on September 3, 2021. We were asked to submit all the related documents like DCW, Land documents and EB card photocopy along with a request letter. Documents were submitted on September 20, 2021. We have also given the initial registration fee - Rs. 200 for this request. Having enquired about the status more than 5 times, it's been a month since the request is made and there is no proper action taken by the AE and other concerned persons to resolve our request. Please check regarding this and update what action taken for the case.

                    In my area there the one post current tower is too damaged and not at maintenance . It's highly risk for people's so please take the action to replace it and prevent it before any casualties. Kindly request to check the current tower.

                      The debit happend twice with transaction IDs as below.

                      Surprisingly no one is helping after I spoke to two people in [protected] and the 2nd person gave +[protected] to call, who picked up the phone to say they are not handling the online complaints.

                          Power cuts in Melvisharam

                          There are regular power cuts for three hours per day at a fixed time in Melvisharam in Vellore District.
                          But apart from this, the TNEB is indulging in additional power cuts ranging from 5 minutes duration to 30 minutes duration at ANY TIME THEY LIKE...It is very inconvenient for the residents of Melvisharam... To our dismay, the power cuts also happen any time in the NIGHT.. The TNEB should come out with an explanation IMMEDIATELY...

                          Sir,
                          I am Alamelu. SM from Nachandupatti, Pudukkottai District. My EB Service number:[protected]. Line man, Nachandupatti, Pudukkottai District asked me Rs. 200 curruption money. Money Rs. 200 not given.So line man removed neutral, changing phase and neutral. This is the 3rd time line man doing like. Already 2times line man asked me curruption money Rs.200.Not given. So line man shouted in the road. So please take severe action against line man, Nachandupatti, Pudukkottai District. Power supply also gone and electrical appliances also gone. So take action to bring the power supply back and deduct line man salary because my electrical appliances GONE.LINE MAN ALSO TOLD EB OFFICE NOT GIVING SALARY FOR HIM. SO HE TOLD HE IS ASKING CURRUPTION MONEY FOR HIS VEHICLE PETROL. Thank you

                                  Hi Team,

                                  My house is given for a rent. The rented person not paying his electricity bill for more than a year. I don’t know how EB staffs are letting him to use. He did not paid Bill for about 6 months. And I came to EB office seven well branch and made a complaint regarding this. After that they disconnected the line. This happened by April 2021. Again now Oct 2021 he kept his bill unpaid for about 6 months.

                                  I would like to know the reason why EB staff is not taking any action to this issue.

                                    We are living Salem, narayanasamypuram, Arisipalayam. We have contacted the eb office in person for the current cut in our area for the past 2 days. Still we are not getting any response. Totally 10 houses in this area are facing this issue. No one is bothered about what we are going through here. Due to this we are not able to resume our work and we are suffering a lot. Pls do the needful
