Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — bad credentials or account not activated

Respected sir,
I have just created an account for tangedco to pay my electricity bills online. I have not received any auto generated email to activate my account since 3 days. Because of this, i am not able to login through the app. When i enter my username and password, it shows "bad credentials or account not activated" everytime. I have provided below my consumer no. And further details for your kind persual.
Sir, i hope i could get some help in logging in to my account. Please help.
