Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — cc arrear and rcfees charges - regarding.

Hello sir/madam,

Kindly explain why i have been charged cc arrears and rcfees for below shown account. I have paid advance amount in advance, still they are charging bpsc as well. Then what's the purpose of paying advance amount to tneb.
