Sir I am not able to pay my EB bill online. Even on TNEB website my consumer number is showing invalid. Since last 1.5 years I have been paying in Gpay but this month I have tried twice and it has failed. Kindly help. Consumer number [protected]. I am currently out of station and due date is in 2 days so I am worried. Please help.
