Hi Team,

Our EB bill was generated as Rps 7225for march and april saying average is calculated as meter has stuck . In reality where we never crossed rps 2500 till date . We reach EB office and asked how it is calculated and he explained Average of this year readings+ last year march april readings with current unit cost .

Is this how it calculated Eb bill in TN if meter is stuck.

Please assist us on it

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      My connection no is [protected] and i reside in Anadhamnagar Ramapuram.We are facing irregular power shortage in one electricity line in our locality for past 1month. Right now my power supply is not there and i am trying to connect to EB for past 3hours but no one is picking my calls . Today i.e. 15/05/2023 our supply has not their from 11:00P.m. till now (i.e 2am) and we are not able to sleep
      So i request u to kindly look into the matter and try to solve the issue as soon as possible .

          Hi,

          EB number[protected] &[protected] We are reciving high voltage in all phase due to this fridge & RO water purifier got affected.

                Sub: Frequent Power failure – change of main cable requested – Reg.

                I am to inform you that the power supply in my residence at the address given above is often erratic and on many occasions power is supplied in single phase instead of 3 phase for the last 20 days. The TNEB staff attended to the fault only yesterday the 5th May. However, the same fault again happened and the power supply is disconnected to my residence again. The frequent disturbance in the power supply is due to cable fault.

                Hence I request you to kindly arrange to rectify the fault and ensure continuous, uninterrupted power supply in all 3 phase to my residence at the address given above.

                  Power cut and voltage drop continuously in my area. Day and night both time power has been cut and voltage drop happened lot of days. Raise a complaint electricity officers only tell unwanted reasons. So kindly take action against from these issues.

                    I have received a bill amount of Rs.2270/- towards our domestic electricity consumption for the period March & April 2023. Our Service connection number is [protected].

                    When assessor came for taking meter reading, we were out of station and he has taken previous month amount as bill amount. But actual consumption is lower than that.

                    Can I correct with actual consumption before make payment.

                      Consumer Number Inv Not able to pay bill online

                      Sir I am not able to pay my EB bill online. Even on TNEB website my consumer number is showing invalid. Since last 1.5 years I have been paying in Gpay but this month I have tried twice and it has failed. Kindly help. Consumer number [protected].                       We the residents of 7th street, thendral nagar west, thirumulaivoyal, chennai-62 are facing under voltage issues from long time.                               I had applied for AE exam in TNEB in the year of 2020 but unfortunately government has cancelled the exam and they are processing the refund of fees to the candidates but I didnt receive my refund fees.                                 Next to my house there is one EB pillar box. It is in open and damaged condition for the last few years in which i can see fire sparkling from the opened EB pillar box I have already complained to the line man in the eb office at perambur no one has rectified it till today i have attached in photo along with complaint. It is a 20 feet road where children are playing in the road only for the precautionary measure i am complaining this, please rectified at the earliest.

                                  I have applied for TNEB assistant engineer exam and paid rs 1180 through net banking. The exam was cancelled and amount was refunded for candidates but I am not received the amount. Kindly take necessary steps. Here with I have attached my application form.
