Address: 11/A, YORKE CLUB CAMPUS,

I have received a bill amount of Rs.2270/- towards our domestic electricity consumption for the period March & April 2023. Our Service connection number is [protected].

When assessor came for taking meter reading, we were out of station and he has taken previous month amount as bill amount. But actual consumption is lower than that.

Can I correct with actual consumption before make payment.

    Consumer Number Inv Not able to pay bill online

    Sir I am not able to pay my EB bill online. Even on TNEB website my consumer number is showing invalid. Since last 1.5 years I have been paying in Gpay but this month I have tried twice and it has failed. Kindly help. Consumer number [protected]. I am currently out of station and due date is in 2 days so I am worried. Please help....

    Dear TNEB,
    We the residents of 7th street, thendral nagar west, thirumulaivoyal, chennai-62 are facing under voltage issues from long time. The 6th street voltage is fine, but we are receiving only 190V / ph. We cannot run our ACs and our fans are running at low rpm. Kindly address this issue ASAP as we have small chiden in house.

      Here from morning 9 there is no power in the area and no contact details for the tneb thanjavur is active to call .
      There is no prior info regarding the power cut this happened Thursday this week too i.e on 26 th April also

        Sir Im from vazhapadi the line cables are go through on top of my well, when I drill my well it will affect the line cables so I request you to remove the line cables on top of my well.

            I had applied for AE exam in TNEB in the year of 2020 but unfortunately government has cancelled the exam and they are processing the refund of fees to the candidates but I didnt receive my refund fees.               Next to my house there is one EB pillar box. It is in open and damaged condition for the last few years in which i can see fire sparkling from the opened EB pillar box I have already complained to the line man in the eb office at perambur no one has rectified it till today i have attached in photo along with complaint. It is a 20 feet road where children are playing in the road only for the precautionary measure i am complaining this, please rectified at the earliest.

                I have applied for TNEB assistant engineer exam and paid rs 1180 through net banking. The exam was cancelled and amount was refunded for candidates but I am not received the amount. Kindly take necessary steps. Here with I have attached my application form.

                  TNEB in sevvapet road was cutting the power at night time for more the 3 - 5 hour per day at night like 9:30 to 12:00 or 1:00 clock for every day we can't able to get sleep at night

                    [protected] has done meter by pass on 3.3.2023 vigilance filedd a case regrding this and line dissconnected on 3.4.2023 but still the service is working instead of that other service has been disconnected by puzhal AE MR. dayanidhi, has got money from the owner and playing this game as per online status the line has been disconnected but service is still working please take necessary action in this issue, as soon as possible

                      There is no power in MAC Nagar, Jayalakshmi Nagar, Kattupakkam since 12.30 AM and the power is not come yet. The time now is 10.13 AM. Please take action immediately.

                        Defective meter found - being charged annual average while the house is unoccupied

                        Hello, My residence is unoccupied from Nov 28, 2022 to April 2023, except 10 days in Jan 2023, (Jan 4th to Jan 14th). Feb month bill was Rs.113

                        TNEB found the defective meter during Apil 2023 reading and charged the bill amount of Rs.2236, while the whole period the house was unoccupied.

                        Got shocked to see the EB bill, and asked my Neighbour to take a picture of the meter reading and share it, it shows defective...

                        Hi Sir/Madam,

                        This complaint is regarding the bill that was generated for last two months (Jan and Feb). Average bill of my based of my consumption is not more than 1K. However, I have received a bill of 17K. I have submitted written complaint to Sithalapakkam office. However, AE or Line man from the office are not responding properly. When called there is no response for calls and finally when they answered they are asking me to visit the office again and only then they will visit my location to fix the issue. This is causing me mental pressure due to huge bill. I want the meter to be fixed and correct bill to be generated. Also, I would need refund for the amount I paid.

                          Electricity supply to Old No 16 Gregory Street, Seven Wells, Chennai 10, GCC ward 55 is taken openly from a faraway EB pillar box by a overhead hanging wire for many months posing danger to nearby people.

                                  I forgot to pay my bill last time and my connection has been disconnected.when i approach local EB and they asked me to pay around 12k for a bill amount of 2400, may I know the reason for that and on what basis late fee will be calculated.
                                  Actual reading for the missed one: 29920 on 19/12/2022 and disconnected on 23/02/2023 on that time reading is 30485.
