Hi

Its an reminder to my last complaint yesterday again we are facing such power shortage in one phase in 2nd street, Anadhamnagar, Ramapuram.
Last night power was not their from 11pm to 5am and i tried to call contact EB number continuously but there was no response from them moreover they even didn't bother to pick calls and we don't know where to complain regarding these issue.

Again today also continuously their is power shortage in one phase and again they i.e. EB is not picking calls

Our EB bill was generated as Rps 7225for march and april saying average is calculated as meter has stuck . In reality where we never crossed rps 2500 till date . We reach EB office and asked how it is calculated and he explained Average of this year readings+ last year march april readings with current unit cost .

Is this how it calculated Eb bill in TN if meter is stuck.

Please assist us on it

We are facing severe voltage fluctuations due to which all our electrical appliances are damaged. We are not able to register compliant with Minnagam or online modes as nothing is working properly.

Right now my power supply is not there and i am trying to connect to EB for past 3hours but no one is picking my calls . Today i.e. 15/05/2023 our supply has not their from 11:00P.m. till now (i.e 2am) and we are not able to sleep
So i request u to kindly look into the matter and try to solve the issue as soon as possible .

We are seeing low voltage issue in our area for the past one month... Due to appliances are not functioning properly... High electricity bills

EB number[protected] &[protected] We are reciving high voltage in all phase due to this fridge & RO water purifier got affected.

I am to inform you that the power supply in my residence at the address given above is often erratic and on many occasions power is supplied in single phase instead of 3 phase for the last 20 days. The TNEB staff attended to the fault only yesterday the 5th May. However, the same fault again happened and the power supply is disconnected to my residence again. The frequent disturbance in the power supply is due to cable fault.

Hence I request you to kindly arrange to rectify the fault and ensure continuous, uninterrupted power supply in all 3 phase to my residence at the address given above.

Hi Sir,

Power cut and voltage drop continuously in my area. Day and night both time power has been cut and voltage drop happened lot of days. Raise a complaint electricity officers only tell unwanted reasons. So kindly take action against from these issues.

I have received a bill amount of Rs.2270/- towards our domestic electricity consumption for the period March & April 2023. Our Service connection number is [protected].

When assessor came for taking meter reading, we were out of station and he has taken previous month amount as bill amount. But actual consumption is lower than that.

Can I correct with actual consumption before make payment.

Sir I am not able to pay my EB bill online. Even on TNEB website my consumer number is showing invalid. Since last 1.5 years I have been paying in Gpay but this month I have tried twice and it has failed. Kindly help. Consumer number [protected]. We the residents of 7th street, thendral nagar west, thirumulaivoyal, chennai-62 are facing under voltage issues from long time. The 6th street voltage is fine, but we are receiving only 190V / ph. We cannot run our ACs and our fans are running at low rpm. Kindly address this issue ASAP as we have small chiden in house.

After feb 2019 GO pass for new electricity connections without corporations completion certificate do not pass, till not a singe certificates provides, but TNEB staff demands and uses this issue, consumers giving one lakh ruppes per minimum one domestic new line, if 3 phase 2 lakhs rs, if MSME TF3 2.5 Lakhs like item wise collection corruption bribe going on, especially last two years more MADURAI SOUTH METRO EE MOHAN is the leader of those collections, lot of complaints given thru greivances, portal, collector grievances all going to SE to investigate, but SE innocent lady could not capacity to prove, only protects their staffs and prolonged all those issues accumulated, there is no transfers like private there, EE sitting last 13 years same place and from AEE promotion till ... so he looks consumers like worm, , checking TNEB ERP portal, when applying consumers, , he finds thru system control of entire rights, and call them to negotiate after one month AE wandered consumers lot of times, finally sitting with EE the final amount demands at getting public place, especially big shots of marwadis in city violating all procedures like 50 ft tall builds, under ground and elevators, , , , already complaint raised both marwaris NARSING SWEETS and mahendra kumar jain consumer nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and 9.. 3phase 3 lines and single phase 2 lines given, at combo offer rs 8 lac, but finally AE only under investigates, , EE giving ideas for 3a1 line for MSME certificates which avail at online rs 400 and more than 12 meters height safety clearance certificate from local safety inspector rs 4500 and old approval where ever can get, no cross checks among those who investigates, i demolished my traditional old buidling and builted new given Completion certifcate, no deviations under 12 meters builted, , , bcoz [protected], 73, 75, 76, and TF6 t[protected] there is no chance to get bribe so they till not provides those my old lines return, without info closed account too, sever action to be made where violated meters to remove back, then only clear picture of amount bribe will know, pls take actions against the concern EE, already regarding petitions sent CM concern minister and upto rajesh lakhani secy TNEB, , last one years complaint on live, no one take action against him...

Here from morning 9 there is no power in the area and no contact details for the tneb thanjavur is active to call .
There is no prior info regarding the power cut this happened Thursday this week too i.e on 26 th April also

Sir Im from vazhapadi the line cables are go through on top of my well, when I drill my well it will affect the line cables so I request you to remove the line cables on top of my well.

Two phases are not working

I had applied for AE exam in TNEB in the year of 2020 but unfortunately government has cancelled the exam and they are processing the refund of fees to the candidates but I didnt receive my refund fees. My bank account has been closed an year back where my application fees done through that account.Please help to get my refund of fees

Next to my house there is one EB pillar box. It is in open and damaged condition for the last few years in which i can see fire sparkling from the opened EB pillar box I have already complained to the line man in the eb office at perambur no one has rectified it till today i have attached in photo along with complaint. It is a 20 feet road where children are playing in the road only for the precautionary measure i am complaining this, please rectified at the earliest.
