Dear SIr/Madam,
This is kannan and my EB consumer no is [protected]. As per the report they took the reading on Nov 10 2016 and due date was made it on Nov 30. till yesterday i checked the bill amount was zero in online portal and i didn't get any prior notification from TNEB till yesterday. But Today only i got mail from them stating the bill amount. but the due date was already over and they put CC ARREAR RCFEES charges as well. I could see that till now the payment amount is zero in online portal. why don't they updated in online portal for bill amount . it could have been notified earlier and updated in online portal. but here not the case.
This is not my fault and it is 100 % TNEB fault who has working in Sithalapakkam Branch. As per them and agreed the bill amount should be adjusted with previous month payment which we paid already .bu they didn't addjust as of now.
Please help to rectify the issue asap. Every month we are facing the same issue.
