Double payment –request for refund –[protected] The cc ccharges for the above connection was assessed on 23.05.2017 to be rs.2638/- and the due date was 12.08.2017. I paid an amount of 2668 on that day morning. As it was not updated till night i paid the amount again for the second time. Both were paid through hdfc bank netbanking. But later i found that the bank has debited both the payments from my account and says that it was credited to tanfedco. I lodged the online complaint in the web self service portal as following: Complaint id [protected] dated 1.08.2017 status “ to be processed” Complaint id [protected] dated 23.08.2017 status “ to be processed” Complaint id [protected] dated 16.09.2017 status “ to be processed” I enclose herewith the copy of the bank statement for your perusal and request you to kindly do the needful and get refund of the amount at your earliest.
