Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — eb low voltage in house

After the cyclone (Okchi) we are get current after ten days that no problem i am under stand the situation.. But now after one day our area the two phases are low voltage due to ht fuse failure condition i am inform to (Palliyadi eb office) eb person, je, and the land line no also. Till the complaint not rectified. First they are telling, ok we should rectify the complaint, now they are not attending the phone. Totally no responding, today is third day... Still complaints are not rectified... I think that is the one hour work check the full lines and re fix the fuse but no body can came and see the area...
