Sir, my name is antony joseph my eb service no is[protected] residing at 31, Nithyanandapuram east street, varaganeri, trichy-8.As per reading my eb amount is Rs.980 but eb amount show in online payment is Rs.1959.so please check and verify the reading amont and please do the needful.

I am a consumer living in arumbakkam and had applied for additional electric meter at SAF village koyambedu eb office some 2 months before but the officials are delaying the same without reason which is to be addressed.
I feel there is some intended reason for this which I feel is only to harass customers for personal reasons... Regards.

Ref with EB Consumer No.[protected] in the name of Jothinathan .Address : 53/580 E, Anna Street, Thanthai Prriyar Salai, Rajajipuram, Periakuppam, Thiruvallur 600601
Our EB meter not working, display Nil as informed to us at that time of EB reading taken by EB reading taker on Feb 2021 and mentioned EB card also display problem issue. We approach to EB office and registered complaint but yet to resolved .today visit EB office no response from them . . the avg cost mentioned 1950 rs avg amount .its too high. Last one month our shop were closed and not in station . very much disappointed from thiruvallur Periyakuppam, Oil Mill EB staff behavior and irresponsible answers . please look in to this matter very serious and to take action for them to resolve of new meter change and on line billing status to be active .
We are unable to do nothing except COMPLAINING OF PROBLEM.
Hope with resolve my issue soon.

My EB meter display is blank and there is no light on display. This month they should have taken reading but i have not received anything so far. Please help to resolve this asap.

past two months house vacant..When checked while leaving the house eb meter was working.Thought that there will be no charges.But surprised to receive mail for an amount of 5707 which is higher than the previous month amount or the average amount if mwter is not working.There is no display..Its paining that tneb directly making consumers scape goat for the meters installated by them.Kindly consider and revised the amount after reteriving the data from the meter.Why tneb is not trying to retrive the data from the meter?
