Dear sir/madam,

Non availability of eb power in this area mallasamudaram rural, porasalpatty distribution from 23-09-18 due to lt transformer faulty.

We are requested to restore the power, as per local office ae statement is transformer will be replace with is 4days.

We are bulk consumer in this section sc. No:[protected], more then 60 consumers affected.

So kindly take necessary action an urgency basis.

Online payment made on 30/5/18 for Rs.2308 and 50 through HDFC Bank as per reference no[protected] and[protected] not credited still today to my EB con. No.561 and 562 .Already given complaint through tangeco.But no response still today.

Today[protected] morning 7:30 the power was gone but still (9:30) the power not came I am doing WFH (work from home ), so kindly check and do the needful
