I reside at adambakkam, surendra nagar. Today the power went off at 9 pm and it's 12.35 am now, the power is still not on. I tried calling all the eb numbers, including the 24 hr service number, but no response anywhere. Our local eb office phone number i. E. 22604330, doesn't get line connected at all, whenever power goes off. That much of responsibility by the staff members : (Totally vexed with the eb service and their response.

Poor service from EB department Adambakkam. No concern and doing daily after 9 pm.
