Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — electric meter fault and request to change the electric meter and complaint against the assistant engineer

Myself gopi k, i have a electric meter fault in the shop and i complaint to the assistant engineer, kanadasan nagar, chennai. An foreman was sent by him and they have tested the meter and found that there is fault in the electric meter and they have reported the same to assistant engineer, kannadasan nagar. He has not taken any initiative towards the replacement of the electric meter and instead says that dr abdul kalam who has done your electric connection, go and check your electric circuit. We have checked our electric connection and there is no problem in the electric circuit, the fault is with the meter, but still ae is so adamant and he says he has visited the house and found our door to be locked and so he has left. When i asked our residents, they have said they have not seen any person claiming to be an ae have come to visit the place. Don't know whether he says is true or false, still my meter is not replaced and the attitude of the assistant engineer, tneb towards is like that as if speaks to a beggar.

My electric bill for shop is very high and it is running like a factory electric consumption, i request the higher authorities of tneb to intervene in this matter and replace the fault meter. I have been charged heavy bill, kindly do the needful to charge me the correct eb consumption charge.

Kindly take strict action against the eb assistant engineer and replace the fault electric meter.

For EB Service No.[protected], I have made payment thru online on 4/1/2019 for the month of December 2018 twice. I made a complain, but still I have not refunded. Now next month bill came. I will not suppose to make payment still the double payment amount refunded to my bank account.
