My consumer service number is[protected]. The service is not in use for the last two billing periods but this time in addition to the default payment of Rs.280, an additional amount of Rs.315 is added as the average shortfall and the total amount payable is Rs.595. As this service is in NOT IN USE status for the past few months I request you to correct the billing calculation.
