Excess billing - 23100a Average shortfall

My consumer service number is[protected]. The service is not in use for the last two billing periods but this time in addition to the default payment of Rs.280, an additional amount of Rs.315 is added as the average shortfall and the total amount payable is Rs.595. As this service is in NOT IN USE status for the past few months I request you to correct the billing calculation....

In our street EB Street post are in very dangerous conditions.we complain to the futhure Eb office for 3 to 4 times but no action are taken till now.

So please help us.please take action before the situation go to high risky.

Thankyou sir.The wires are also very loose..
It almost laying below 12 ft to 10ft.
Please take action. Sir.

    Hi all,

    We have around 5 to 8 families living in our street. But we don't have street light. After 6 pm the street looks very dark and sometimes it's difficult to identify what's there in the street. Our street is associated with nearby hill. Hence there are chances to get biten by either snake or any other insects. In our street most of them are elders. Hence requesting to the concern team to take action on the immediately.

          Dear Sir,

          This is complaint regarding the power outage in New Bethania Nagar Valasaravakkam Chennai 600087.We faced total power outage on 18th Sep 2021 from 9AM to 7:45AM.

          Now today is 19th Sep 2021, We are facing continuous power outage from 2:30 Am, Kindly advise the team to take necessary action, Thank you.

              Past three day there is frequent power cut in our locality and a lot power fluctuations, (saidapet) whole night there was no current at all, so can you please take steps and repair it as soon as possible, It is very difficult to be in this climate

                      I m live in Virudhunagar district Srivilliputur, rajiv gandhi nagar, my electricity number [protected]. This area line man did not respond. For fuse in transformer. Every day night 11.50pm power cut near 14 to 15. Residential. That sengulam Eb station Srivilliputur night duty line man did not take call. And no one responsible person is there. We suffer in every day night .already complaints forward to AE he also did not respond our complaints . They not given permanent solution about this problem. Plz take proper action

                        I request you to street lights not working last one year.street members are complained lot of times.nobody come and see.( kmc street lightward 36/619) This is the place Krishna nagar 4thcross, near by karur medical college.
                        my street has 15families. all people are in trouble walking in darkness. So please convey our street lights problem immediately.

                          Sir we are living in rental house in sivakasi, tamilnadu. Previous may to june eb bill cost us around rs.3500. This month july to August bill has cost us around rs.5500. When we inquired about this in the eb they didn't give us proper answer. Instead they blamed our household refrigerator is the cause of the problem. When we checked manually after switching off every power supply including the refrigerator the meter shows consumption of 6 unit when we are actually in our office. Please take this issue and rectify.

                            ஐயா, நான் கன்னியாகுமரி மாவட்டம், குளச்சல் இரும்பிலி ஊரில் வசித்து வருகிறேன். நான் எனது வீட்டு பராமரிப்பு பணிகளுக்காக மின்கட்டண மீட்டரினை தற்காலிக இடத்தில் மாற்றி வைத்திருந்தேன். வீட்டு வேலை முடிந்த பிறகு, அந்த மின்கட்டண மீட்டரினை நிரந்தர இடத்திற்கு மாற்றுவதற்காக குளச்சல் செம்பொன்விளை துணை மின்நிலையத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்திருந்தேன். அந்மின்நிலையத்தை சேர்ந்த Junior Engineer அதற்காக கண்டனமாக ரூபாய் மூன்றாயிரம் (INR. 3000.00/-) என்னிடமிருந்து பெற்று கொண்டு அதற்கான எந்தவொரு ரசிதும் தரவில்லை. ஐயா தயவு செய்து மீட்டர் மாற்றியமைக்கும் முறையான கண்டனத்தை தெரிவிக்கவும் மற்றும் பணம் கட்டியதற்கான ரசீதையும் பெற்று தரவும். தவறாக அந்த கட்டணத்தை என்னிடமிருந்து பெற்றிருந்தால் அந்த அதிகாரி மீது உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவும்

                              I tried to call the EB situated in the Medavakkam, Chennai to state that there is a power off issue but whenever I call them either they don't pick up calls or they disconnect their landline so that they don't need to answer to any of the customer. Even if we go straight the office and make a complaint there is no proper response.

                                Sir I have 3 phase line .my connection in one phase is a big disturbance it's fluctuating, increasing in power, lower at times, cut off and connect at times.whats the solution sir I have checked my electrical linings it's all fine, there's a problem from the power input (eb).if you could sort it out it's a great service from this changed government.expocting your valuable service sir .thank you.

                                  My Actual EB reading date 02/09/21. In this date my EB Unit is 494 Units only.
                                  for this unit I Have to pay Only 1112. But EB person came to take the reading 09/09/2021. that time he noticed 540 Unit.Now I got the online
                                  reading Date 04/09/2021 update. Message from eb office, I have to pay 2044 .before 15/09/2021. but Online Last Date is[protected].
                                  How Can I pay this excess Amount .So ask them to re Corrct theUnit and re-corrected Bill.
