my name is ravikumar, iamfrom coimbatore, my eb belongs to kalapatti office my eb numbers are [protected] and [protected]
today morning at 9.50 a.M i went to your kalapatti office and lodged complaint, two persons came at 2.00 p.M in that one mr murali occampined with a assistant, when he reaches our house my daddy was there he is aroun 85 years old, he told the both the lines power fluxation is there at times and automatically it shutts, the tree leaves is the problem he told him, suddenly mr murali started bargaining that if you pay rs.500.00 then only the problem will be rectified, after my dad didnt speak to him muralis assistant climbed the post and done something, when he came down and went to the transformer and switched on, totally the both lines which power was coming attimes totally went off, when we wrang to his mobile, the reply given by him was go and write the complaint again in the note book, wherever you go you should come behind me. This is the word spoken by him for a aged man around 83 years old, he spoils your eb name, i would like to know how many we should lodge a complaint to eb office,
please mail me so that in future i can be prepared without the power, paying the electricity bills properly without any fine or delay being a good customer the behaviour of your staff is annoyed other thing doesnt respect to aged person aroung 85 he spoils you ad, ae and all the person working in eb.
