Dear sir/ madam We our concern (Axis bank ltd) located in sathyamangalam erode district, we have recently come across one bad incident which is happened in eb office sathyamangalam, in our branch electricity reading meter have not worked past one month recently they have installed on 04.11.2017 we know that we are in due of paying monthly bill while we inquire the eb office sathyamangalam we have not get any information regarding how much amount we have to pay. Everyday our office boys have vist eb office sathyamangalam they are telling come tomorrow we have not found your reading and it is not updated in system, and also they have told the person one who note reading his name is velu he is got transferred to some other location due to this reason your eb reading was not updated, finally they are telling 21.11.2017 your reading is noted and your bill amount is 79327 due date 24.11.2017, though we are corporate client we have some senior official approval then only we can get our financial approval it will take minimum 4 days to get cheque. Finally we have get dd on 24.11.2017 eve 5.30 pm but eb official said beyond our office time we can not accept payments and cheques, then we have paid on 25.11.2017 with penalty of rs.650 (Approx) and that to some irresponsible officials in eb sathyamangalam office we have come across this kind of bad instant.
