Respected Sir,

Our Apartment (Murugan homes )located in Pattaravakkam. From last one week, 3 phases are not coming.

If 3 phase is not coming, then our lift wont work. Without lift many elder people sick house mates are suffering lot

Can you please help us to resolve it ?

They are frequentlly off the current at night timing 11 to 6 so we cant sleep properlly at night. If we called them mean they did't pick up the call also very bad customer satisfaction. For example they first switch offing the current at 9.48 mean it will take exactlly one hour to come, after that they will switch offing at 11 -12.30, 1.30-3.00, 5-6.00 like this timing they calculate and switch offing the current this is very very bad because more kids, working womens, wroking mens will suffering a lot due to sleepless night and they want to get up at morning and go for their jobs it is very very difficult to do without any sleep. So we kindly requesting to rectify this mistakes in kallikuppam eb office thanking you.
