Very worst service daily power cut in Tharapakkam 6 to 7 times
Voltage fluctuation complaint given 5-6 times thru TANGEDCO site. Without coming to the area, they have put the status as "completed". Don't they have any kind of acknowledgement from the complainant whether the issue is solved or not. Don't they have any reports to be submitted to the higher authorities. This seems highly irresponsible and deceitful after we as consumers have been paying the current bills on time always and also giving unofficial donations in thousands to get a 3-phase connection.

I am R. Shiv Shakthi Balan my EB service number is[protected] and I am residing at G1 Ekadanta Flats Plot no. 6&7 Poongavanam Street Akash Nagar Thandalam Chennai 600 128 .
My EB bill status not yet updated for the month of Feb and March 2020 . Our last reading as on 03.02.2020 is 7920 and upto 03.04.2020 is 8157 and total unit is 237.
In connection with that we are the regular advance payer to TNEB and the reading consumption amount will be deducted automatically deducted from our Advance payment.
So if the above said unit 237 not updated into my EB bill it will accumulated in my June 2020 reading and the EB bill will raised to more than Rs. 3000 .
So kindly update my EB bill and deduct it from my Advance which I have already paid. I would like to inform you this is not our fault and it's a total negligence of your reading man and clerical staff who is rudely behave with me when I explained this matter.
Therefore kindly look in to this matter and solve this problem at the earliest to avoid my complicated situation to complaint to higher authorities.
