Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — No action taken on complaints filed in ccms.tangedco.org

I filed a complaint in there official site:

https://ccms.tangedco.org/

But there is no response. I called to the number that I got in that site, that person asked me to go to the EB office with a complaint letter.

Then what is the purpose of this site (ccms.tangedco.org)
