Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — no proper service from the tneb ketti valley ooty

There is no proper service in our area. Once the power is gone they are not even taking care of it..in morning times also they usually don't do anything and the power cut leads to 2 to 3 hrs maximum. It normally goes in the evening were childrens are not able to study and also usually in the morning times were childrens are not able to go to school.. It makes a day very hard.. We have more than 10000 houses.. Schools, colleges, everything but no use none is taking any further action regarding this please help us taking some further actions on the following

If this happens after this too continuously we would make this a big issue with our people..
