Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — no response from everyone office

I am living in railway station road thiruvottiyur chennai. On 22oct at 01:00am there is no current supply in my home i have tried to call thiruvottiyur eb office but temporarily out of service. This is not the first time i have called to this number for so many times on other days at night there is no response the number is[protected]. Please take necessary actions.
