Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Objection to erect a new electric pole and stay wires in front of my house

I submit that i am k.M. Ragavan, ma bl, .Practicing as an advocate at madurai. I have a house property at door no 6, tpk road, near cheran arch, opp to old taj hotel, pasumalai, madurai 625004. Today 03.01.2022 at about 4 pm, tneb madurai crews dig a hole infront of my house and they planing to erect there a new electric pole and two stay wire tommorrow. I have strong objection to erect a new electrical pole and two stay wires infront of my house. If it is erected so, which will affect my ingress and eggress of the property. I cannot go into my house or get out of my property freely. My movement in the pathway will be disturbed. Myself and my tenants cannot freely go in to their premises.As such in the front portion of my property, there is a commertial shop and a residence. By erecting so, the day to day business of the shop will certainly affected. Besides childrens and women are also affected. I humbly requested you, not to erect new pole or stay wire in front of my houses. Do the needful and secure our peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property.
