Dear sir, For the service connection no[protected], i had made online payment of rs 590.00 through indian bank, net banking on 22.8.17 and the amount was debited vide transaction ref no[protected]. The due date is today and still the payment is not updated. Request to verify and confirm receipt of the payment. Also request to ensure that the connection is not cut due to this reason.
