I am Mrs.Swarnamukhi Showry Babu (Former state dancer of Tamil Nadu) Zion 104/113, Santhome High Road, Chennai-600028. Service No:[protected] Request you to Kindly take necessary action against irresponsible and negligent staff who don’t respond and attend emergency calls
Since Yesterday dated 13/10/2020 from 9.15 Am onwards continues voltage fluxion and I don’t have a power supply in my home in 2 phases till now. Immediately I have called your Emergency number [protected] it continuously rings but no one picks up or it says you are not the member of CUT number. Today 14th/10/2020 up to 2 pm I have called 35 times but no response And your Emergency landline no 24641134 most of the time does not work

This is not the first time we face this situation but it is since years.
1. Due to the Yesterday 13/10/2020 continues power fluxion from 9.15 Am my most expensive Electronic and Electrical Gadgets all burnt up.
A)My 55” LG LED HD TV which is costing Rs.3, 60, 000/-( Three Lakhs sixteen thousand)Burnt up.
B)My IMac desktop computer which is costing Rs.2, 15, 000/- ( Two lakh fifteen thousand) Burnt up.
C)My CC Camera monitor Kodak 32” which is costing Rs.25, 000/- is burnt up.
D) LG Fridge 650 Ltrs which is costing Rs.92, 000/- Burnt up.
F) 8 LED 12” celling lights which is costing each Rs.650/-(Rs.5, 200/-) burnt up.
This time the total damage and loss due to your power fluxion is Rs.6, 97, 200/-.
2. From July 26th to 28th 2020 my house fuse
Carriers are burning, when we called over
dozen times your emergency number
[protected] no one responded. We called
one of your staff with personal request paid
his charges and solved the problem.
3. During the rainy session it is more worst
and no one will pick up the call and the
attend the compliant.
This is emergency services. When Public consumers call emergency no your staff should respond immediately or someone will die with electric shock.
I have a 96 years old mother with a heart problem and living in the room without power supply till now.
Therefore i request you to take immediate action to restore power supply to my home and take disciplinary action on negligent staff who doesn’t respond to the emergency calls and causing financial loss and misery for the public and compensate my loss for which I shall be Thank full to you.
