Hi i tried to pay rs 320 on 4-jan-2018 twice through tneb app, the transaction status is failed and current status is recommened for refund but i havent recieved refund in my credit card.

Payment made on line thro' State Bank of India o n 01.02.2018. This amount was debited by the Bank on the same date. But I checked the tanged co. side my bill has been shown the amount but not nil. Kindly confirm payment and get the corrections in the above said consumer no.
