Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Refund Money

Hello Sir,

I am Murugan and I have applied new EB connection for home and paid amount (Rs.4568 ) in online .

Since, I wrongly selected Phase details for home in online application (it should be single phase but I selected 3 Phase) it asked to pay Rs.4568 and I paid that.

After that only, I know the it should be single phase and amount should be around Rs.1500

So, again I applied and I paid amount around around Rs.1500 and got new EB connection with single Phase.

Wrongly paid Rs.4568 for connection application [protected] on 23/06/21.Please refund Chq./Ref.No-[protected] Narration[protected]/TNEBNHDFC

Is it possible to return the amount back to me which I Wrongly paid Rs.4568.
