Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Request to Remove HT EB line from our living area

Past 25 years we are living in surulipatti village tamilnadu in my living area HT line crossing more than 10 living houses we are facing Electric accidents every year in rainy sessions ..so many times we requested to electricity board they dont take action for this issue ..my humble request please give a solution to remove this HT electricity from our living area. thank you
