My connection showing not live
Hi Team,
My eb service number is [protected].
When to create login and make payment via online it throws error as “service connection not in live” But last month I have made payment via counter and power is available at my house and Not disconnected either. So please help me to fix this issue . Pls help me to create online account and make payment via online.

Now i'm trying to online payment. So i have to login with my eb number when i did that it shows service connection not in live.in my house current is there. Not disconnected. Then why this happened.when i asked eb office they are saying you have not paid your bill 2 years ago.but we didn't get any warning or notice. Please provide the solution.
