Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — TNEB Complaint Redressal

Address: Tneb Office, Mambakkam, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu - 602106.

I am residing at Villa 175, Casa Grande Urbano, Vengadamangalam Rd, Ponmar, Ch 48. This comes under the jurisdiction of Mambakkam. I have noticed my electrical meter display non functional since last couple of months. As a first step I have informed the TNEB official walking in for capturing the meter reading. Since there was no action taken I personally visited TNEB office at Mambakkam with a written complaint. They did not want to accept my complaint instead asked me to call the lineman. When called the line man, he did not have a clue of this issue asked me to get in touch with office. I faced same experience with another complaint for rectifying issue with one of my three phase not functioning.

After this attempt, I have also logged a online complaint on 16-Feb-21, which has not been acknowledged till date. Appreciate some intervention to get these complaint addressed.
