Iam residing at 2 /366, 24th street, Bharathidasannagar, Shanmugapuram.Chennai 99.For the past 6 days we are facing low voltage power nd face lot of issues.we have even gave a complaint letter with more than 10 people signed from our area on 4th date.But not taken steps still.please do the needful to our street sir.     I stay near Indunagar, HPF ooty. There are very frequent power cut. Today there is no power from morning. There is no information on when the power will be back. Can the respective authority please make a communication on details of outages as the common people can be prepared. There is no water in the house and very less charges on mobile devices. This is a great pain. I am not asking more

      Hi Sir/Madam,

      Here we are facing daily power cut minimum 2hrs and this 2hrs power cut was 15 to 20 number of times within this duration and also within a second they are doing power on and power off.

      I don't know what is happening on EB side, Please help us to solve this issue

        My current reading on meter is 14197.
        Reading as per the bill 14710 which is much higher..

        The bill has been calculated for 670 units when i have utilized only 107 Units.

        Bill was generated for 620 Units and not 670 . It was typo.. 620 units instead of 107..

          Good day Team!

          We the resident of Mathur village facing lot of voltage issue during day and night time. In the immense hot weather. All the electrical appliances stop working ( Fan etc..) and got damaged. We have this fluctuating problem all the time.

          This problem is specifically for the two streets.

          This is very high priority problem . Moreover we are getting 110V which is very low when compared to normal 230 volt.

          Requesting your hep to take quick and concrete action on the fluctuating problem

            I am in my native and my house is locked since Aug 2020, only fridge is on. All these months the bill generated was zero amount but bill amount for April 2021 -- INR 410 is generated. Please rectify and remove the amount from my bill.

                Vallam, Allapalam school Power cut happened at 3 pm, still no steps taken if we called to chengalpet EB office, no response .it's been 6hrs since power cut, patients and old age person are staying at home .kindly do the needful support for the issue.

                                Dear sir/ mam, I am from kathitampatti village near erode. Here there is a continues power issues due to poor response of lineman. He is not accepted any phone during evening time. Many person are suspected he is used to drink in evening. Here on 29.04.21 we had a power cut only for a particular line from transform but the lineman is not came even after 3hours of power cut. His number is [protected].                                     Previous complaint [protected] was closed nobody visited home check bill of 4288 This month we not used that much last 2bill paid only1100 same usage this month that means last 2month also then how it will come 4288 if its double also only 2200 only how it comes 4times more Bill nobody visit against previous complaint but closed meter running fine if further visited EB in this pandemic situation we are going outside how they expect people to come to EB office. If this 4288 rps charges not reverse we will file a case against to consumer court
                                    Need to reverse the charges of amount 4288 Rupees.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      We feel hard to share our bad experience with TNEB for last one month on frequent power-cut in my area and getting same reply (tower fault, neutral fault) even after many Complaint. we are suffering most of the night with our childrens in this hot summer. I request you to resolve this problem permenantly at the earliest.

                                      And we called your customer care number they are irresponsible to follow the TAT period. They are sending only msg resolved your problem that like they try to call higher authority this numbar [protected] simply they are saying we can't do anything for you and why this person are sitting such like a complaint department. You guys need to resign such a post. Such a salary taking people only sitting in a chair. I have a call recording.

                                      However today 5 evening I called 15 times no response Till time. If electricians will not come rectify this problem. I will move to court and appeal such a irresponsible person need to be punished and resign her/him job immediately.

                                      Please note this is not trouble in my home also whole area this is troubling. Hence higher authority need to be action on priority. Other such a strict action will be taken against madhuravoyal location EB office without any time period irresponsible way theisusing.
