We reside in Guduvanchery Sri Lakshmi nagar, i dont understand why power is cut for hours together the last few months without any reason. Cutting power regularly at night for 3-4 hours isn't appreciable, and even after that they cut power in the day time for further 4 hours as well, what kind of a joke is it, we aren't able to work as well as sleep during any part of the day. Electricity has become a basic need for people, and the Guduvanchery electricity board people will have to understand that and shouldn't play with the control in their hand. There isn't even a way to contact them other than directly walking in, pathetic !!! The Google reviews are filled with horrible experience with the Eb people, not sure of where it's leading. Regular power cuts in night for hours, guess the want all o[censored]s to buy inverters and generators, irrespective of having high EB charges as well.

My resident is Madambakkam NO: 7 Nehru street, Few months before my hopuse Electricty meter is damage, It was replaced but now we find out, Electric charges came very high, Then I analise the consuming the Electric meter. It was running continusly with out usage of power. I was give the request application Guduvanchery TNEB, They not response and respective also. We are using, all LED bulps and 3 and 4 star electrical equipments. How the electrical charges only high came every billing, i dont know. Why they are fixed faulty meter, why they are not come and replace the meter. My consumer No: [protected]. Kindly check and replace correct electrical meter.
