[Resolved] Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — tneb online - invalid consumer number

Till my last bill which was generated and paid in july 2019, i was able to pay it online. But now tneb site says that my consumer number is invalid. My consumer number is[protected].
I cannot even see my bill payment history in my online account.
Please activate my service number on tneb online site so that i can pay my bills on time.
