Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Unable to get my refund status

Address:Samundipuram, Tirupur

Recently I've applied for a Additional load on my TNEB connection and paid Rs.13500 as payment. Due to some reasons the Application was rejected.

I received a SMS from TNEB for refund. I've provided all the bank details and submitted it, but after even after one month there is no single response from TNEB.

I reached out to the nearest EB office but I didn't have any idea about refund.

I filed so many complaints on the TANGEDGO and TNEB portal all the complaints are untouched by TNEB. their recently launched 24 x 7 contact number Minnagam - [protected] is also out of reach,

there is literally 0 possible doors for me to check where is my refund or the status.
