Dear All, Iam writing this on behalf of Veppampattu residents regarding complaint against EB Board Veppampattu. Today 26/09/2018 Wednesday Night around 10.30P.M the entire electricity power cut at Veppampattu and the power cut was continue even at 11:50P.M on the same day. Regarding this issue, I have called to a number [protected] which sourced from internet. When i inquired him about the power failure he asked my name and the area i live so i told him all my details and the same i asked his name for whom i was interacting with but he was simply told A.E but refused to tell his name and also no explanations about power cut from him. I Am the resident of Kumaran Nagar (Behind Gnanabanu School) Veppampattu, power went off today (29.5.19) early morning at 3 AM, till now (3 PM) the power has not resumed., when we tried to contact the EB office over Ph. most of the time the no. is either too busy or not reachable and we are in the dark and does"t know when the power will resume

the same problem happened about 15 days back also that time power went off continuously for 3 days due to transformer problem,

kindly let us know when the problem will be solved permanently
